Everything about the condo & our stay was fantastic! We would definitely rent again

Two retired couples, lifelong friends, used this comfortable condo for a fun, relaxing visit. We had a lovely Thanksgiving feast at Bluewater Grill and a scrumptious dinner the next night at Oceanic. We enjoyed walking on beach and sound and saw some great football on the TV. Beds and seating area furniture are comfortable. Well-stocked pantry and plenty of nice linens, towels, etc. We saw beach chairs, umbrellas, toys in the closet. Very beautiful pool area with comfortable seating for soaking November sunshine. We could have stayed much longer to explore this lovely, upscale area. Nonstick fry pans, coffee pots, plastic spatulas could do with a replace, but were useable. Master bath wall switches are not labeled and can be confusing. This unit can comfortably accommodate three adult couples without no one feeling shortchanged. There are two nice decks with good outdoor furniture. We had a lovely vacation here and would joyfully go again!

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation with our adult children. Overall, the unit was quite clean upon our arrival. Several surfaces had not been cleaned and the area rug in the living room was filthy. The furniture in the living room was quite worn (to be expected) but comfy. We are really looking forward to our stay again next summer!!!

We really enjoyed ourselves in an excellent property in a really good condo complex. Great pool and easy ocean access. We easily cooked breakfasts every day and two dinners as the kitchen was was well equipped. The beds were all comfortable with no sag. Bathrooms could use an update and showers are tight but otherwise perfect. We would rate 4.5 out of 5. Would definitely consider staying here again next year!

Great stay with family in Wrightsville Beach! Condo is dated and worn, but easily accommodated our extended family of 15 for dinner and games. Although not oceanfront, easily accessible for walks on the beach and sitting by the pool. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans. Add blow dryer to list of items guests should bring. Chelsey at front desk was very helpful and informative at the front desk when we checked in.

This property was perfect for us. The photos on the Intracoastal site are true to the actual property - it is spacious and very nice. The pool is actually larger than it appeared in the photos. The only trouble we had was with the keys to the unit with some not working in all the locks needed. I think the directions on how to enter the unit need to be a little clearer as well. We arrived at night after the office had closed, tired from a long drive and in the middle of a storm, so if we had been able to arrive during office hours, we wouldn't have had issues. But once we were in, we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again.

This is the third year that our family has stayed at this property. We love the location! The amenities are very nice. The condo's furnishings are starting to look tired. It's probably time to get new bed spreads and new covers for living room furniture. It has lost some of its sparkle since our first visit. Otherwise it is a very nice place to stay!

Generally an overall good experience. Since this was our 13th consecutive stay in this unit, we were disappointed that the ice maker wasn’t labeled to not use. When we plugged it in, as in past years, it began to generate dirty ice. While management was aware of the problem, it was not flagged.

We stayed at this same condo 18 years ago and it was exceptional then and has not deteriorated in the least! It is located on a beautiful beach with excellent security, stunning amenities, and great views of sun up and sunset. This was a great location for a family reunion. Great restaurants, fishing, beach combing, and the nearby turtle hospital are worthwhile attractions.

Beautiful condo! It was roomy comfortable and nicely decorated. The master bath was huge. I love Duneridge because of the oversized balconies. The unit was very clean and welcoming. All that said, I may not rent it again because it had a limited ocean view, and mostly overlooked the pool.

Dilapidated Flea Ridden Condo

Arrived at 4pm on 7/28, Condo was not ready until after 6pm. Window blind in Master did not close or allow for privacy. Master Bed mattress was so old it sunk severely in the middle you almost needed a ladder to get out of it. Impossible for 2 adults to share the king bed. The children's room with the 2 twin beds was flea invested and they were bitten all over. The first thing you notice when you walk into the Condo is the strong smell of deodorizer not the cleanliness of the property. The toilet in the master ran constantly. I would say both the owner and rental agency are completely responsible for the disappointing condition of this property. Who wants to spend their vacation trying to get their rental property in livable condition. Never again for this property or Intracoastal Realty....

My four sisters and I returned to Duneridge for a 2 week vacation. We meet here every year to catch up and enjoy a laid-back all girls' time away from the cares and responsibilities of our lives! We have such a great time. The beach and pool are right outside our condo. The Oceanic is right up the road. What more could you possibly need? We thoroughly enjoy our time together. If it rains, we have movies and Wings to shop. Too sunny, we have our great porch or the cool breeze walking the beach. The condo is perfect for us. It bright and clean with a king, queen and 2 double beds. We play games every night at the dining room table and eat breakfast at the breakfast table. There is also a side porch where we have coffee watching the tide go in/out of the marsh listening to the birds and seeing them chase each other around the trees. It's a perfect place for a vacation. We rent there every year!
