4 BR updated house on Chattahoochee River! Fish, Swim, Tube, and Kayak all day!
Trascorri le tue giornate sull'ampio portico schermato e sul ponte inferiore con vista sul fiume Chattahoochee a Demorest, in Georgia, guardando i tuberi, le canoe, i kayak che passano. Diventa avventuroso! Usa il servizio navetta fornito dagli allestitori locali e vai in kayak con i kayak sit-on-to-top che offrono in affitto. Vai a pescare nel fiume o fai un'escursione lungo il fiume. O semplicemente sedersi sull'ampio portico schermato, oscillare sul fiume, portico inferiore e ascoltare i meravigliosi suoni delle rapide del fiume mentre leggete, giocano con la famiglia o guardate la televisione.

Demorest si trova tra Cleveland, Clarkesville, Cornelia ed Helen e la nostra casa si trova proprio sul fiume Chattahoochee. Ottimo posto per rilassarsi e godersi i suoni e le viste dei grandi spazi aperti.
Pesca a mosca di classe mondiale vicino al fiume Soque! Si paga per giocare! Come $ 200- $ 300 al giorno guida inclusa e pesce enorme ....

Didn’t want to leave! The screen porch was our favorite area. Loved every minute, relaxing and playing in the river!

Great overall family stay. Gorgeous view and the screened porch was perfect for enjoying the river view and sounds without bugs or weather getting in the way. The living room and kitchen are beautiful, and the kitchen is well equipped. We also loved the riverfront seating and the direct access to the water. Our dog loved to play fetch in the yard. The home feels private and secluded, yet it’s not too far from the main road. Access is via a gravel road so plan accordingly. The main floor bedroom and full bath were especially convenient for our elderly parents, making their stay very comfortable. Note the steep stairs to the upstairs and basement could be tricky for elderly guests or little kids. Only downside is the basement - tiny shower, one bedroom without a window, and it tended to be cold at night while the upper floors were warm. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Our multigenerational family really enjoyed staying at this house with a beautiful view of the river. The porch was the highlight with heaters taking the chill off the morning, and the table there being perfect for meals and games together. The swings and chairs set up by the river were perfect for the readers in the group, and the yard gave the grandkids and dog plenty of room to chase each other.

A 3 star, average, experience at a 4.5 star property. Bathrooms, kitchen & rooms very clean.
-1 star Downstairs patio not usable, pollen bugs & bird poop on furniture; only table to dine on in screened patio covered in pollen, cleaned it and the chairs; chandelier covered in cobwebs; cleaning tools visible around house; holes in screened in patio so not completely bug free.
-1 star Expect a grill to have propane included, not a pleasant surprise after long drive and grocery run that all 5 cans were empty. Called property manager, straight to voicemail. Owner immediately answered, said to refill nearby. $28. Heard back a few hours later from property manager, it’s in the fine print on website link we received a couple days before that it may or may not have propane. I’d like to know that in my decision making while booking.
That said, we had a wonderful time by the river and it was comfortable to stay at. Drive to property wasn’t bad in big truck.
