Will book again. We had no complaints. Clean, comfortable, quick walk to shop, eat, beach. This was our 3rd trip and this has been our favorite home away from home.

The location of this condo is the only positive feedback that I can share. The condo is old, outdated, and filthy. The pictures do not represent what the condo actually looks like. The beds were so uncomfortable that I had to ask the property mgr to bring mattress toppers after 2 nights of no sleep. The property managers were very responsive but this condo is a no-go for our family.

This property was dirty. From the floors, to the dishes to the upholstery on the couch... Lots of improvements need to be made here to make this property luxury. The top bed in the bunk room is not safe for children as there is no railing and the bottom bed of the bunk is sinking into the frame and the mattress needs to be updated. The dishes were smelly as if they were left in the dishwasher or not cleaned property and we had to clean pots before using because of old food from previous tenants. The couch is in major need of a cleaning and was very dirty. All the condiment shelves in the fridge are broken. When we arrived we found left behind items on the dining table and chips all over the floor under the table. Just not acceptable for this type of property. As for the private pool access, it was a joke. Dirty pool, green with algae, trash and unkept area around the pool. Not the experience we paid for ...I hope you can work with your property owner or manager to update this condo and do a deep clean before the next family stay.

This condo was in a great location. It was easy walking distance to the heart of Rosemary, where you can shop, dine, etc... It was about a 7 minute walk to the beach which wasn't bad for us, but if you have young kids, you may want to take advantage of the beach shuttle (my teenagers never wanted to wait for it). One drawback was parking. There is no designated parking for the unit, and during busy times it can be hard to find a spot. With that said, you are in walking/biking distance to so much, you hardly have to use your car at all. Overall, a fantastic stay with my family, would definitely rent again.

We could hear every footstep the guests in the unit above us made. Also, we could hear guests in the adjacent units opening and closing the sliding doors every time.
It was spring break so there were a lot of rude teenagers everywhere. Seacrest Beach is small and crowded. If you bring your own beach gear, you have to set up behind everyone. We even tried to rent beach chairs/umbrella but none were available. Better off going to Inlet Beach Public Access.

Good. Not great. But priced that way.
We have stayed in the building in other units numerous times. We know the area well and this is a great location. Steps from Rosemary Beach and Alys. We picked it because of the location and it was the least expensive unit in the building. With that comes the realization that this unit is not as good as others.
Unfortunately we started our trip with a bad taste. We arrived an hour early before check-in and asked to check in early. They told us the place was not ready. They did not know is that we were at the unit and watched and then no one went in or out in that final hour. We kept texting asking if we can go in early and they kept saying it was unavailable. We waited the full hour at the door and finally opened the door at 4pm. No one prior ever came to do anything. This was just a lazy person not wanting us to gain access early.
The good stuff is that the location is great, the place was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the management company was good including text option.
The negatives included:
- bed #2 was hard as a rock. After day 1 I had to buy a foam mattress topper at Target. If you don’t like hard beds, beware
- the toilets and vanities are old. I know…who cares? I didn’t think anyone had the old short small toilets anymore. And the vanities are so low.
- the furniture is mismatched. Beds, nightstands, tv stands are all random pieces.
- screen door was jammed. Doesn’t work.
- bath 2 doesn’t lock. The latch is broken.
- The windows in bedroom two and three are sealed shut. The ratchet to open the windows has been removed. Is this a fire hazard? Is this up to code? I don’t have that answer but I’m not a fan of sleeping in the bedroom with windows that are sealed shut.
- The Wi-Fi is unsecured. There is no password provided.
- there is a limited amount of hot water. Each unit has its own hot water heater but even the first person taking a shower doesn’t get real hot water. We turn the knob to 100% hot and it’s only medium hot. If you like a really hot shower like my wife, this is not for you.
Remember, we picked this because it was the least expensive. So we probably got what we paid for. We enjoyed our vacation even though these little things were an annoyance.

We had a great week. The condo is in a great location with shops and pool and beach. The condo was not exactly clean (like floors) when we arrived, the toilet ran the whole time and the internet was terrible (couldn’t even get Vrbo to pull up to respond to a message). We had a lot of fun though!

Our stay was fantastic, my communication with the property management was null but aside from that everything was top shelf. I highly recommend this booking when taking a trip to the florida coast!

Family vacation.
We had a great family vacation! The condo was clean and was spacious for our family. The area had plenty to do with restaurants and shops below. We loved the pool area and the shuttle service to the beach! We will definitely be back.

Loud
When I go on vacation I would like to feel rested. This unit was so loud we could hear every movement above us. When the neighbor next to us did laundry it sounded like it was in our room. We were exhausted the entire trip. The family above us had babies. We had teenagers. Our kids stayed up until 12.. Their kids woke at 5 for the day, not to mention the 2am feedings. We heard it all. Would not return for that reason alone. Everything else was lovely

Nice stay
Good location, access to 2 pools. The kids pool was fantastic for our 3 year old, spent most our time there.
The beach is about a 5 minute shuttle ride. You can walk but it’s about 10 to 12 minutes...
The condo was nice, clean and modern.
Check in was easy & the property owner got back to us in a timely manner.

This condo is nicely decorated and super convenient! Restaurants and bike rentals are just steps away. Easy walk to the beach or there is a tram. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Convenient location and perfect amount of space for family of 5
This condo was the perfect location- plenty of restaurants below the condo and within walking distance. The place was cute, clean and relaxing and the perfect space and set up for our family of 5 (8, 12 and 14 y/o). Plenty to do between the beaches, pools, bike rentals and shops. We enjoyed the space and appreciate the hosts hospitality- anything you need kitchen/house wise is available for a weeks stay. Thanks for the great experience!

Before anyone reads the positive and negatives, I am only mentioning the negatives to help the owner and to prepare any future guests. I HIGHLY recommend this location.
Positives:
Quality of Unit - So beautifully decorated and maintained
Location of Unit - We wanted to be near Rosemary Beach without paying Rosemary Beach prices. Wow....you literally cannot get closer and I love the area. I liked staying here than when we paid 5x more for two blocks over (granted bigger place)
Price - Reasonable
Responsiveness - Everytime I called they answered and answered quickly
Negatives:
No beach towels - If renting a beach unit these are a requirement. Bring Your Own (This is difficult if you are flying here and if you buy them once you're here thats a waste of money)
Toilet Paper - Only 2 Rolls in the apartment for a 8 day rental, yes I could've called and asked for more possibly, there wasn't a call to check on us to see if we needed anything.
Communication - If someone is renting for more than a few days, it might be good to shoot a text or give a courtesy call.
These small things would make it an easy 5 star.
Thanks again to the owner, I hope you don't read this critically as I highly enjoyed my stay and just wanted to give some slight critique to give feedback for improvement.

In the heart of it all
We enjoyed our stay. Great location if traveling with kiddos/teens. Access to lots of food and shopping in immediate area. Beach tram was convenient.

Just what we needed
Owner did a great job of communicating with on details of the stay. Check in and Check out process was easy. Great place to stay to be in the middle of all the activities in Seacreast and Rose Mary Beach. Met all our expectations!

All the right stuff
Location, very clean, amenities, are just some words to describe this condo. We stayed for a week and couldn’t of picked a better place!!! Tram or walk to The beach which is key! A awesome pool about a stones throw from he room. Definitely would recommend this place to
Stay!! Oh and shops and restaurants with in the complex!

Everything was great. Condo was close to everything and only a few min tram ride to the beach. Hope to come back next summer.

Great Experience
Great condo, very clean. Could have spent the entire trip in the bed with its comfy sheets and mattress. Manager was very accommodating with a couple requests. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice overall. Great location. Great owners. One small change would make it perfect.
The condo is located at a great spot in relation to the beach and the shops. Rosemary beach is very close as well. We never drove our car once (or had bikes). There were always restaurants, shops, ice cream, coffee, pizza, souvenirs, candy stores, etc. within walking distance. The atmosphere was very nice and clean. It was very nice to go get ice cream at night and listen to the live music. The owners were also great. We had one small issue and they came over themselves and fixed it that night.
There was only one issue that really impacted our enjoyment: the mattresses were just not comfortable at all. I do realize that is subjective. Perhaps they would be perfect for someone else. However, for us, they were not comfortable. One of us had to sleep on the couch each night. The other had to get all of the extra bedding from spare beds and use it to pad the bed in the master bedroom. A sore shoulder was still the result. Otherwise, this would have been a five-star review. Really nice family friendly location.

Great location!
If you can't find a place on the beach, this location is the next best! The condo was well equipped and had just about everything we needed. We didn't use the pool, but it was super close and the beach access about a 7 min walk. There were a few minor issues when we first arrived, but they were taken care of immediately. My only complaint would be the carpet in the bedrooms as it is rather worn.
