Appartamento con due camere da letto con una posizione in PRIMO PIANO a Alyeska Ski Resort. Due livelli, recentemente ristrutturato con ripiani in granito, nuovi pavimenti, mobili ed elettrodomestici. Amerai la vista del resort dal ponte di livello principale e dalla finestra della camera da letto principale. Non puoi trovare un posto migliore del balcone ROOF TOP per trascorrere la giornata godendoti le montagne del Chugach. Al piano superiore la camera da letto principale ha un letto king size in memory foam e un camino a legna. La seconda camera ha anche un letto king size in memory foam e un soppalco aggiuntivo che può ospitare comodamente 2 persone. Al piano inferiore il soggiorno ha un camino a gas per mantenere le cose accoglienti; goditi l'enorme divano componibile dopo una lunga giornata di sci, trekking, mountain bike o pesca. La montagna è proprio fuori dalla tua porta. Non è necessario andare lontano per vivere l'Alaska da qui. I servizi includono: Internet ad alta velocità, TV via cavo (non disponibile per le prenotazioni autunnali), tre schermi piatti, cucina completamente attrezzata, due ponti, camino a gas, sala ricreativa, lavatrice e asciugatrice per spazi comuni. Siete pregati di notare che il bagno e le camere sono al piano superiore tramite la scala a chiocciola.

Communication with the hosts (Daniel and Kim) were exceptional from beginning to end. The unit is very clean and well appointed. As described this is a second floor unit and there is a spiral staircase and the bathroom is upstairs. If you are physically challenged this will most likely not be appropriate for you. Linens/towels were lovely and enough for our needs without hitting the on-site laundry room. Plenty of closet (with hangars!) and drawer space for longer stays. Photos online are as found in the unit. We enjoyed the rooftop patio-especially late evening for a drink and snack and early morning for coffee. Easy walk to several spots for coffee or dinner. We enjoyed a quick drive for dessert at the Double Musky. If you are looking for a central location for day-tripping, want clean accommodations with responsive hosts in a quirky resort town this is the spot for you.

Gave this place a 4 out of 5 stars as we were disappointed about a couple of things. First off, there must be a very small hot water heater because there was never enough hot water for 3 people to take quick showers. The 3rd person always ended up with very cold water. Second, there was a horrible odor under kitchen sink that after about the 2nd day my husband cleaned everything out and found a pan under sink that was catching water from leak in pipe and after sitting in pan the dirty water smelled bad. Third, we could never figure out how to get the gas fireplace on, no switch, etc, that we could find and it would have been nice because it was a very chilly week. None of these issues ruined our trip. The overall cleanliness of the condo was perfect!

We were on a once in a lifetime graduation gift for my grandson. The property was perfect! Right in the middle of the beauty of Alaska. Everything we needed! Nice, friendly people who live there to give us tips. Couldn’t have been any better!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Girdwood! This property was amazing as were Dan and Kim. The location is perfect within walking distance to restaurants, shops and hikes in the area.
