The diamond in Diamond Lake!
Grazie per il tuo interesse! Luglio 2018 è stata la prima volta sul mercato per questa proprietà! Recentemente ristrutturato casa sul lago Diamond Lake vicino Atwater MN. Questa è un'ottima struttura per una riunione di famiglia o un gruppo di amici per godersi insieme una settimana al lago!
La proprietà ha un sacco molto grande con la privacy. Ci sono splendide viste sul lago da quasi ogni stanza. Ci sono 2 camere da letto con letti king size e 2 camere da letto con letti queen size. Una camera con un letto singolo. Il soppalco ha 3 letti singoli e un letto matrimoniale e una casa a castello ha 2 set di letti a castello.
Durante i mesi invernali la casa a castello non è disponibile, pertanto durante i mesi invernali può ospitare 14 persone. Il molo e l'ascensore saranno rimossi il 14 ottobre 2019.
Non dovrai preoccuparti di trasportare kayak, tavole da paddle, tavole da gioco con fori per mais o un tappetino da nuoto galleggiante, che sono inclusi con una piccola spesa. C'è anche un tavolo da air hockey nel seminterrato. Inoltre, durante i mesi invernali non dovrai pagare la tassa di attrezzatura. Adatterò il preventivo e rimuoverò questa tassa durante i mesi di non nuoto.
I noleggi durante l'estate sono generalmente settimanali e in altri periodi dell'anno esclusi i giorni festivi per un minimo di 2 notti. Il check-in settimanale è alle 16:00 e il check out entro le 10:00.

We had a great week, plenty of room for my large family! Clean and well stocked with everything we needed from kitchen essentials to water toys. Jon was very responsive to any needs we had. We will be coming back next year!

This rental was the perfect location for a large family lake vacation. There was more than enough room for my family of 18! Plenty of dining, sleeping and hang out spaces. We especially liked the patio over the boat house and the views of the lake from the house. Fishing was great off the dock for my younger grandchildren and the water was so clear they could see the fish coming for the bait! We enjoyed swimming with the lily pad and using the kayaks and paddleboards that were provided. House was extremely clean and well stocked and Jon was very responsive to our questions. The location was perfect, 5 minutes from the County Park beach, 10 minutes from Spicer and the Big Kahuna Fun Park, and 15 minutes from Wilmar's restaurants and shopping. We will be returning next year!

The property is very large with room for lots of people without feeling crowded! Check in was very easy!! The outdoor patio area overlooking the lake is beautiful and we spent a lot of time there playing games. The host (Jon) was very kind and responded quickly to questions. One of my favorite things was the laundry room with four washers and dryers! That was amazing. We had some trouble with the basement being must/moldy smelling. A few people got sick from this and two had to leave two days early. The rest left one day early. That was disappointing. Jon was very kind and apologetic about this. Also to note - the basement “bedrooms” aren’t really bedrooms as there are no doors or privacy and it was hot down there from the dehumidifiers running. The lake is nice, but very weedy near the dock/shore, so swimming right off the dock isn’t a real good option. It is nice as you move toward the middle of the lake. The boat lift was great to have!
