The house was wonderful, exactly what we needed! Location was so close to the beach and they provided everything we could possibly need. Jane the property manager was amazing and very prompt at returning my call. We stay at different properties a lot, but this will definitely be one we use again!

An amazing amount, almost too much, cookware and appliances. Air conditioning was great, we had to turn down the pre-sets. The pool was a nice way to cool off. Still, the South Beach location is the main attraction since we spent one year on the North Beach before finding SB. It's so close to both the SB, Tybee Creek and the main fishing pier/shop area. Having 4 parking spots was luxury. The garage was well stocked with beach wagons, beach and surf toys. A problem with electricity was solved immediately by the caretakers. Drinks on the rooftop at sunset!

My family and I rent out a beach house every year at different beaches. This was hands down my favorite place. We had 11 people; ages ranging from 5 to 80 years old. The bedrooms were spaced out perfectly that everyone had there own area. The house had every accommodation you would want or need. The only thing that you need to bring is a beach towel. The added touches with decor and all the provisions with the house; beach chair's umbrella's; wagons; beach toys; flash lights down to the insect repellent were greatly appreciated.The distance to the beach and quaint area was amazing. The owner's, the host; Jane and her husband were awesome. Any questions regarding the house were answered quickly. No reason to stay at another beach house, this is definitely the one. Best vacation ever!

We planned a big family vacation and had a wonderful time at this property! The house is huge and offers many large, comfortable beds and separate rooms to accommodate separate families. We cooked almost all meals at the house and had every utensil and appliance we needed. The house is also well-stocked with all the beach gear you’ll need so you can leave all that at home! The only thing I would change is for the WiFi at the home to work better; it didn’t reach throughout the house and even where it reached, it was too weak to even work on the TVs in the home.

This place was nice! Short walk to the beach was great. Beds were super comfortable. The property manager was very helpful. The full size washer and dryer was nice but they were stacked and it was difficult to reach the dryer, we had to use a step stool. The shower in the downstairs was a little weird. The knob to turn the water on and off was so high that my short family members could not reach it.

The house is in a wonderful location that is far enough from crowds but close enough to walk to the beach and downtown Tybee.
We had 6 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of space for us all to hangout and not feel crowded. It was a wonderful place to stay in Tybee to make core memories.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was great and there were a lot of sleeping g accommodations. We enjoyed all the beach gear that was available and the close distance to the beach.

Great family vacation
We stayed at this property with my five daughters and their significant others and we had a blast. The house came with all the fun beach toys and chairs we needed. Just a quick walk to the beach or river as well. Plenty of space in the house to spread out and not be on top of one another. It was nice to have a dipping pool on the property as well to cool off in the very hot heat of the day.

We had a wonderful stay on this property. The house is HUGE and can sleep a lot of people. It is steps away from a public beach access and you are about a 7 minute walk from the "downtown". They also had beach stuff to take like chairs, wagons and umbrellas. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, beautiful house
We prefer the south beach vs the north or around the fishing pier area. This house is located near our favorite parts of Tybee.

The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. It is only steps from a quieter beach than the rest of the island. It’s comfortable and with our party of 9, very spacious. My only negative was that the owners suite on the 3rd floor has no bedroom or bathroom door. If someone is coming up the stairs, once they get to the landing they can see straight into the shower from a large full length mirror positioned at The top of the stairs. This can be a little tricky with kids and family Overall it was an incredible stay.

The garage was packed with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and 2 carts to transport everything on the short walk to the sand.
The private pool had 2 umbrellas and 12+ chairs.

Our work family completely enjoyed our stay. Everything you could need was furnished. The house was great. We loved the porches!!!! Having chairs and a wagon was great too. Owners communicated great and would respond super fast. Great great great place to stay!!!

Three Generation Vacation
This property was well maintained, had plenty of Pot, pans and kitchen things for our group of 15. Plenty of space for meals , bathrooms and places to sleep. We really enjoyed the kayaks, beach chairs and all other amenities of beach trips. The location on Tybee is great because of availability of three different types of beaches because of the Tybee river.

Wonderful Experience
We really enjoyed ourselves while staying in this wonderful home on Tybee Island. We travelled with 2 families equaling 4 adults, a 2 old boy, 3 girls from 10 - 13 years. The home had plenty of room for everyone and they were nicely spread out throughout the house. 2 girls shared a room and the 2 year old had his own room. The house was spacious and the shared space was very comfortable and cozy. There is a nice deck that looks over the dipping pool and space to BBQ which we enjoyed. It's about 1 block to the beach which was much closer than I imagined from looking at the map. A couple time we had to go back to the house from the beach to get stuff and it was no big deal. There is a large wheelbarrow of sorts which makes it really easy to carry all the beach stuff back and forth each day. So the house is very comfortable and you won't be disappointed. Now as to the beach... it is AMAZING. We were in an area where the river goes out into the ocean and it was a little less crowded than some of the other areas of the beach, but still good people watching. We were able to enjoy the tidal pools and marvel at the changing tide each tide. We surf-fished, boogie boarded, flew kites, hung out, and just had a wonderful time. We had so many ideas of what we were planning to do in addition to beach combing, but we found we never really needed to do much else. We plan to come back to this home in the future.

Great Place for a large extended family to stay
Very happy with are stay wish it could have been longer. Close to beach, hot tub pool was great way to relax in the morning/night. Would highly recommend this place.

Great house with the perfect location and all the toys you could want
We rented this house for a long weekend for a corporate getaway. It is huge and ‘hides’ so many beds to accommodate everyone. The heated pool was a nice touch for early spring. Our group loved walking to the restaurants nearby.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend to celebrate a family member's birthday. It was very spacious and comfortable. The only complain is that it was dim at night, not a whole lot of bright light on the main floor, otherwise great place.

The house was everything we needed. it was perfect size for large group of guys coming for fishing and hanging on the beach. Everything was a quick walk away and there was a ton of beach supplies for a large group to setup on the beach.

Vacation Dorian
Loved this property- it’s gorgeous and quirky and fun and in a great location for South Beach. Unfortunately the drama queens on the Weather Channel threw enough shade on the forecast that we had to “evacuate” on Monday noon after just arriving on Thursday evening, so we had to miss just over half the planned vacation. But the owners are amazing and helped us every step. Will definitely rent from them again. Tybee is my happy place.

We had plenty of room for our family of 13. The house was everything described. Shelly was very easy to deal with. The house was filled with many useful beach items!!!! Easy access to the beach.

Wonderful property
Absolutely no complaints about this property. we had everything we needed for our stay. The house was very clean. when they say they have things for the beach they mean it. more than enough chairs, toys, boards, carts, umbrellas, large cooler, life jackets of all sizes. we used the kayaks which I recommend. the house has plenty of space. We all loved our stay and highly recommend this house.

This property was incredible! I highly recommend. It was everything we thought it might be and more. All of the guests were so happy with the stock in the kitchen, bedrooms, dipping pool, back deck, beach equipment and the list goes on. We had such an extraordinary week with many friends and their families. This home made for a lovely getaway.
