The Peace and Quiet was just what my husband and I needed! Got some rest! We Loved everything about this place. He fished s little. Very nice place. Excellent Seafood Resturant and shops. Atmosphere made it feel like home! Host was very accommodating and friendly. Met the Cleaning lady day of arrival. She was so sweet we tipped her before our stay. We Would stay again!

House was very comfortable. Complex had two pools, plenty of parking, quiet, pond, playground, laundry, and fitness center available.Very close to downtown area, lighthouse, etc.Golf cart charging was available at laundry building. There were mostly gas gold carts. Complex manager told us they are working to improve electric access for the property. You do not need a golf cart to get around the property. Everything was walk friendly. We enjoyed parking at Massengale Park that had lots of parking, bathrooms, bath houses, playground, and a water station to wash the sand off when leaving the beach.Had a great time staying here!

Great house in a great location. About 10–15-minute walk to the pier. Plenty of things to do in the housing community itself. 2 pools. Pickleball courts. We will definitely be looking to stay in the same community for future trips.

From the moment we walked in you could tell the condo is well cared for. Cabinets were stocked with whatever is needed to cook a full meal. Had a small issue with learning the door lock. Contacted owner and within 5 minutes, problem solved. We were there 3 nights and the complex is very quiet, well, except for the resident geese on the pond, lol. Had pleasant evening's sitting on the deck. This was our first time on St Simons Island and enjoyed the entire island.
