Newly Refurbished Flat - SM Novella
L'Apartment Palazzuolo si trova nello storico quartiere di Santa Maria Novella, letteralmente a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria principale della città. La sua posizione centrale tra la chiesa di Santa Maria Novella, senza dubbio uno dei più grandi capolavori del XIII secolo, e il fiume Arno, consente di raggiungere tutti i siti più importanti come la cupola di Santa Maria del Fiore, il Battistero, il Ponte Vecchio e Piazza della Signoria facilmente a piedi. Inoltre, se hai una macchina, c'è un parcheggio proprio di fronte a casa mia. L'appartamento recentemente ristrutturato è confortevole e accogliente e ha tutto il necessario per una fantastica vacanza nella "Culla del Rinascimento". Si trova in una zona tranquilla ed è composto da un ampio soggiorno, perfetto per il relax dopo una passeggiata, una cucina moderna con tutto il necessario per cucinare, un bagno e un'incantevole camera da letto con balcone. Nel soggiorno c'è anche un divano letto, che rende l'appartamento ideale per una coppia o per una famiglia di 4 persone.

Host met us at the property and did a good job explaining everything. Kitchen was updated and had plenty of dishes and cookware. Biggest dishwasher I have ever seen in Italy and France. All appliances worked well. The bathroom was large and also updated. We enjoyed our stay at this property and would rent again if we are in Florence.

We had a great stay, big suite with lots of room. Walkable to most activities and safe area. There was some construction next door which started early in the morning but that is unavoidable. I would recommend to stay when visiting Florence.

We had a great stay in Florence. Our host was very friendly, helpful, and even assisted us with getting our luggage up the stairs when we arrived, which we really appreciated.The apartment is up one flight of stairs, which was very manageable, even with luggage.The location is ideal, especially if you’re using Florence as a home base for day trips like we did. It’s a quick walk to both the bus and train station, which made getting around incredibly easy. There was also a small market around the corner on the weekends and a nearby green space, which was a nice bonus.One of our favorite parts was how close it was to the Arno River—about a 5-minute walk. We loved walking along the water and taking in the views of the bridges.The apartment itself was comfortable and functional. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and spacious, and we were able to do laundry and dry our clothes on a rack, which was very convenient. The washing machine worked great, and the kitchen was well-equipped for anything we needed.Overall, a great, comfortable place in a really convenient location.

The apartment was comfortable, well equipped and within walking distance of the train station and within walking distance of most of the sights of Florence.There are plenty of places close by for lunch and dinner or just a coffee. Grocery shops are also plentiful and close by. The only negative is construction noise from behind the apartment which occurs between 7:30 and 16:00 during the week. As we were out for most of this time it did not affect us. In summary, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Our thanks to Daniel who was very helpful and informative, especially about the art history of Florence.
