Check in was easy, exactly as pictured and described. Property Manager was friendly responsive and accommodating. Beach chairs, boogie boards and towels on site. Made life easy like a vacation should be. Thank you!

A Shore Thing provided the perfect place for my family of 5 to stay and enjoy all there is to enjoy on Tybee Island. We chose this place because of the wonderful reviews and they were on point! Literally steps from the south beach on the island. We had everything that we needed and Melissa was a great host. You will not regret a stay here!

Our stay was absolutely great. The location was perfect. Close to everything. Booking & check in was flawless. Melissa was the best!!!! She allowed us to check in a few hours early. Also we had a small issue with the ac. Melissa walked me through the issue (a tripped breaker) & the electrician was out early the next morning. She also graciously compensated us for the issue. The only thing I would disclose is that the unit is on the 3rd floor (top) & the building does not have an elevator. It might be good to let people know in case they can't do stairs. Other than that everything was great. Thank you Melissa for being so kind & considerate. I would definitely recommend this property.

Really nice condo. Close to beach and shops. It is on 3rd floor and elevator which is a little challenging. The only real issue was the washer makes terrible banging noise during spin like it is unbalanced. It happened with all 4 loads that were washed we know it was not unbalanced. Still really nice and would stay again and Melissa was great to work with!

Our stay was wonderful! The unit was clean and so close to everything. We rented bikes and rode all over the island. Melissa was on-site, she is fantastic. Will definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was cleaner than I expected (I'm Very picky), nicer than the pictures, and had everything a family needed and more! All the instructions were easy to follow and posted. The couches and beds were so comfy. Short walk to the beach with everything you need. Perfect location and super quiet. We will be back!

The condo was perfect for the 3 of us. Location allowed us to walk to most of the eateries and shops we wanted to visit. Also, just a few steps to the beach! Amenities like beach chairs, washer & dryer and beach towels were appreciated.

Our stay was fantastic. Melissa even got ahold of us the day before our stay because there had been some opportunities on Tybee Island and was letting us know about them that it may affect our stay. However, everything turned out great, the unit came as advertised and only a short walk to the beach. If you're looking for a great getaway for a couple of days or a week I would highly recommend staying here. The host is very attentive to any issues that may arise and proactive to let us know about our stay. We would re-book and stay again in this unit at Tybee beach.

We enjoyed staying in this condo while visiting Tybee Island. It was nice being able to walk to the beach. The property was clean and had enough space for us. The property manager, Melissa, was very helpful and kind. We hope to be back to visit again.

We all loved this place! The living room was roomy and the location was spectacular! I loved the covered parking!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was super clean, and nice with all the accessories needed for entire stay. Location was excellent, two min walk to the beach! I will stay there again if available. Only downfall this trip was the weather didn’t cooperate it was very windy and cold . I recommend this condo Thank you

Melissa is helpful and friendly! The condo is a nice size and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The location is the best! Less than a block away from huge beaches plus restaurants within walking distance. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Property was close to beach & walking distance to downtown Tybee Island. It was clean, quiet & comfortable. The only negative: we brought our dog & we indicated in the reservation search that we were 2 adults & 1 pet. But, there was no pet fee in the cost breakdown when we paid. After we left we received an abrupt message indicating that we owed a per fee due to dog hair on the furniture. I was ok with paying the fee, but it should be charged up front. Being charged after the fact with an abrupt message made us feel like we had done something wrong!

A Shore Thing was just as advertised. Honestly, it was nicer in person than the online photos. Short walk to the north beach at Tybee was great. Enjoyed our stay and would re-book this place.

The condo was exactly the way the pictures showed. We were only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We had one small issue and Melissa was quick to take care of it. It was a relaxing time away from everything to just enjoy the water and a good book. Great place!

The beach towels and beach chairs were a great touch. Everything was clean and the amenities were very nice. Just a short walk to the shops and pier. We enjoyed our stay here!
