Benvenuto! Lo sviluppatore vendette questa villa, 1304 come Premium Ocean View. Le nostre foto mostrano le vedute mozzafiato delle Ville. Le rocce "Lands End" sono visibili dal nostro mazzo e non possono essere viste dalle Ville sull'altro lato del resort. Al vostro arrivo e al check-in, il personale cordiale e professionale vi condurrà nella vostra villa in modo da poter iniziare la vostra vacanza rilassante senza preoccupazioni. Con solo altre tre unità tra te e l'oceano, questa villa è situata in posizione ideale e vanta una vista impareggiabile sul Mar di Cortez, sul punto di riferimento di El Arco de Cabo San Lucas (Land's End) e sulla piscina superiore. L'unità è abbastanza indietro che è possibile visualizzare l'intera piscina, senza molto rumore da altri ospiti e bambini. Il terzo piano è tre piani sopra il livello della piscina e due piani sopra il livello della lobby. We had a great time at La Estancia. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. We loved the convenience of being such a quick Uber or taxi to downtown condo as well as the great recommendations from the host. We ate at several of the restaurants on site, which were good but some a bit pricey (it’s a resort after all). The taco place for lunch was our favorite. We also got lucky because it wasn’t very crowded when we were there the week before Christmas. Overall an excellent stay!

Loved this villa. Grill was not working and they put new gas in but it still doesn’t heat well. That was the only thing that was not perfect about this villa. Everything else was gray. Fully stocked kitchen. Perfect location of villa with great views and easy pool access. Will stay here again.

We've stayed at this property before, it's very clean & upscale, the pool is amazing. Our kids love the pool bar, it's steps from the beach where you can rent jet skis or walk the beach. There are about 6 restaurants + a mini grocery store on the property if you prefer cooking in your own kitchen. Your minutes from downtown & the marina; a taxi is waiting for you as soon as you get to the lobby. Overall, one of the best vacation spots in Cabo!

Steven was a great host. Very responsive and even gave us an early arrival. The Villa La Estancia was beautiful. The pool and just the entire place had everything you could want for a great vacation Their staff was just amazing and friendly and went above and beyond during our stay there. Would recommend it 100%.

The villa was spacious and beautiful, just like the photos. Everything was wonderful. Check-in was simple, as was check-out. The host responded quickly to my inqueries. The property was meticulously maintained. The staff were friendly and efficient. We would absolutely stay here again. It was quiet and wonderful. If you want a party, walk down the beach or go to town. Don't rent a car. While it was too hot during our stay to walk to town, Ubers are abundant, very cheap, and ready at a minute's notice. It's less than a 10 minute Uber to drive to town and it was $6. It would be quicker, but there are many speed bumps! Have the hotel drive you to and from the airport. The men on the beachfront of the hotel, who we booked our tours with, were very reliable. The sunset catamaran to the arch is a must do! The beach out front is swimmable, but I would say not for little children. It gets deep quickly and there is an undertow. For my husband, myself, and our 18 and 21 year old daughters it was fine. The vendors are everywhere down the beach and in town, but not at all on the property and very few on the beach in front of the hotel. Just say no thank you and they are not pushy. No timeshare people at this hotel at all. The entire week we were never approached anywhere by timeshare people. Cabo is a great vacation destination. Be prepared to drink lots of tequilla! Salud!

We were so very pleased with this property. It was exactly as the pictures show in the VRBO listing. It is a really nice large space that the 4 of us would have been comfortable staying at for weeks! The view was wonderful to enjoy from inside and from the balcony. The entire property was amazingly clean, and everyone was so helpful. There were plenty of resources either at the hotel or the sister hotels, including restaurants, bars, market and even a medical center. The location was great with access to a nice beach and just a short $9 cab ride into town or the marina. We would definitely go back and would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Cabo.

Our family had a wonderful time in Cabo and staying in this lovely villa made it so enjoyable! The view from the balcony is incredible! The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable! Steve answered any questions I had so quickly! Overall, I think this is the best place to stay in Cabo!

Our stay at the Villa Estancia could not have been better. We were beyond thrilled with this unit. As we opened the door to this unit, it was as if we were stepping into a travel brochure. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The configuration of the bedrooms on either side of the main living area was perfect for two couples.
The balcony is humongous. We spent 90% of our time in the unit on the balcony. Coffee. Lunch. Games. Drinks. Naps. Repeat. The furnishings are very nice, the beds are very comfortable, the linens are extremely nice-and they are very generous with the number of towels etc. While we did not do a great deal of cooking, the kitchen has everything you need if you wanted to cook.
Also, we did drink the water from the fridge dispenser and used ice cubes for our drinks, with no repercussions, so that was nice.
Our check-in process was seamless, thorough and efficient. The staff at the Estancia are first class. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to interact with, throughout the entirety of our stay.
The pool and beach areas were beyond great. Chairs, towels, water, sand, jacuzzis, swim-up bar were all pristine.
The complex has everything you need. Multiple restaurants. The workout area is first-rate. There is a small market on site. However it is pricey, and suntan lotion was $35. You could easily never leave the compound. You can walk on the beach to other great restaurants as well. We will definitely be back.

This was a great place for the four of us to get together. The condo is beautiful and the pool and beach are so close and convenient. The amenities were great and we were able to cook breakfasts and lunches at the condo. The owners were very responsive and made sure all our questions were answered before and during our stay. They are even arranging to send us some items that one of our group accidentally left behind! We would love to stay there again!

Lovely 4 nt stay in this beautiful unit. It’s bigger than it displays in the photos. Unit and property very clean, well appointed and meticulously maintained. View is stunning. Enjoyed breakfast on the balcony daily. Restaurant prices at resort are pretty high so we usually ate in town (easy $10 taxi ride for 5 ppl).

If you are looking for a nice “home away from home” feel this is the place!!! It’s a short walk to the local hustle and bustle ‘spring break vibe’! This is where you want to be to just relax and soak up the beautiful views and warm Mexico sun. We prefer the beach over the pool. Easy to find a spot with a lounge chair and have a cold drink. Bring your own music a listen to what you like here versus loud ‘bump bump’ and kids/people stepping (falling) over you to dance poolside. Hehe Yes I’ve aged and am loving the chill vibe now. Here you’ve found it. The room is spacious with nice pool view. The daily cruise ships blocks the view of the famous Arch. Not just from the balcony but from the pool/beach as well. The mornings on the deck as the rising Sun is behind you. I imagine come Summer it might get way to hot to sit out in the afternoon evening. Oposite it of building 2. Overall great stay!!!
Bring your own wine opener as there was not one in the minimalist stocked kitchen 😉

Spent a week here with brother and sister-in-law and we all agreed there wasn’t anything we would change. Location was great. Loved sitting on balcony overlooking pool area and looking at the sea and boat activities. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Bonus having access to three resorts for restaurants and activities. Our Villa was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed.

Great experience. The condo is gorgeous, spacious, super clean. Amazing patio with a beautiful view of pool and ocean and Lands End (although, the cruise ships are parked out in the bay everyday all day!). Comfortable beds and furniture. Lots of bath towels. We loved that we didn’t have the morning sun beaming in the balcony and all the windows! Afternoon wasn’t bad at all because sun dips quickly behind other building, so we thought perfect room location! Great toiletries in all the bathrooms. This is a full service resort with housekeeping, but condo has comforts of home. We loved the pool and all the spas. Nice store at resort next door. Easy to catch an Uber to town. Steve was an incredibly responsive and helpful host! Definitely a super host!! It would be really hard to ever go back to Cabo and not stay here!!

This is a beautiful property with a stunning view. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the mattress in the king bedroom was amazing. The patio was spacious and a great place to relax and take in the view. The kitchen had the necessary items for us to cook up a few meals. Easy walk or quick ride to downtown Cabo. The beach access was perfect, and we could leave our belongings safely and jump in the water. We can't wait to return.

We returned to Villa Estancia in November to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and the place did not disappoint. The grounds are first class, the rooms are spacious and luxurious, the pools are amazing, and the views are breathtaking . I can’t recommend this place enough!

This is a well equipped and beautiful condo with great views. The grounds are immaculate as is the service. Location is perfect and the beach and pool areas are awesome. Great place for vacation.

We have stayed at Estancia for the past 8 years and the resort is amazing.
The only drawback with this residence was that the front door was just a gate so we were not able to shut the front door and keep the interior doors open so our family could feel like we were in 1 residence.
All other units we have stayed in for the past 8 years at Estancia have always had a solid front door so this was a little disappointing, but all in all, we had a fabulous stay as usual.

Everything at this property was exactly as described. The unit is fantastic with an amazing view. All amenities are well thought out. Location to town and marina is minutes away. Will definitely come back. Steve is a great communicator and answered my questions immediately. We celebrated our 25th anniversary with my two sons and this was one of the best vacations we have had since coming out of the pandemic.

Perfect beach trip!
This condo was great for our family of 5! We had plenty of space and everything that we needed. The location was amazing and the resort had all the amenities that we needed. It is separated into 2 separate spaces that require keys to enter, which made us rearrange how we expected our kids to sleep but wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely stay here again!!

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING CONDO!
Wow. This property was even better in person than in photos (and the photos are amazing). We had the best stay. Steve was responsive, extremely easy and welcoming to work with. VLE is a lovely place. The condo was so big - ample space for family of four - extremely clean; excellent location and we loved having morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony which is beautiful. The views are breathtaking. The Master bedroom bed was soooo comfortable. We just loved our stay and recommend it highly to anyone thinking of this property!
