Quando siamo sull'isola, questa è la nostra casa e siamo certi che apprezzerai i tanti 'extra' che ti mettiamo a disposizione: lenzuola in cotone organico a 300 conteggi, disinfettanti per l'aria, articoli da toeletta ecologici, lussuosa spiaggia di grandi dimensioni asciugamani ... vogliamo che i nostri ospiti siano comodi come vorremmo essere.

We were quite comfortable in this spacious condo. We especially loved how large the balcony was as we enjoy listening to the waves, feeling the breeze, eating our meals , enjoying our morning coffee and evening cocktails! Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy. The only thing about the one bedroom is that it is so bright in the room from the lights that are on all the time on the parking lot side of the building. I realize security and safety is essential but maybe room darkening shades would be helpful. Otherwise, it was excellent

We absolutely loved our stay. We spent a week in St Thomas. The condo was fully stocked with snorkel gear and all the necessities. We had a small issue with the shower water and a second after I text for assistance I immediately received a reply and maintenance was sent to fix the issue in a flash. Communication was excellent and would definitely recommend.

My husband, adult child, teen child, and I recently rented this condo in Bolongo Bay and had a wonderful vacation. The house was clean and well-equipped. The view from the balcony was so wonderful. We sat many times there just taking in the beauty of the area. We also watched thunderstorms roll in. There are two restaurants within walking distance and several pools to cool off in after a splendid day at the beach. We did rent a car to explore the island and even ventured by car ferry to St. John. (a must!)
Sue was very helpful in making our trip a memorable one! There were also many resources provided beforehand and in the home to help you explore the area, eateries, etc.
One tidbit we learned is to put Mim's restaurant (vs. Bolongo Bay Resort) into our gps when returning to the property. It was very accurate and did not rely on landmarks along the way.
We recommend this property for smaller family like ours. It was spacious for us and we were able to relax! Thank you Sue for all your guidance and help! We loved visiting your property!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Sue was terrific with her communication and the entire process (booking, confirmation, “check in and out”) were seamless. She provides binders for dining and all the information that you could possibly need.
We loved the conveniences like coolers, ice packs, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, Disney Plus and etc that made it feel like home. The two bedrooms and living room provided ample space/seating for our family. The location is AWESOME! You are 12 minutes to Red Hook, 10 minutes to Havensight and 20 minutes to Magens Bay. You can walk to Iggie’s Oasis or Mim’s for dinner when you don’t feel like driving or want to have some drinks and not worry about driving. There are three pools to enjoy (we only made it to two). The roof top pool is worth the walk. There are washers/dryers in the adjacent buildings for when you need to do a load or two. The balcony was our favorite part. The perfect place to listen to the waves with a cup of coffee, enjoy a night cap or hang out and feel the sea breeze hit your face. The condo was clean and quiet. We would not think twice about returning if we visit St. Thomas again.

We had a great time, as much due to the people we had there as anything. Loved the condo. Thought there was a beach with hammocks, but there was not. We could walk to a different beach but could not rent anything from them. Since we had a car rented and the condo had chairs, towels and cookers, we beach hopped on the island!! Loved Lindquist Beach as we swam with the turtles! Good memories made

We had a GREAT stay. The condo is located in a quiet area of the island and listening to the waves crash 24/7 is amazing! we enjoyed exploring the island and all the amazing beaches. It was really nice to come back to our condo every day and enjoy the peace. The condo was stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs which was great! The description of the place is a bit misleading. There are 3 pools but only one at this location. The other two pools are at neighboring complexes. The roof top one is walking distance but hard to find and the garden pool we never found. Also when it says "steps to the beach" its more like 100+ yards and its very small sandy spot where the swimming is hard because of all the coral. Also the sand bugs were SO BAD! during the day they were manageable but forget sitting on the beach at night! The bathrooms are small! Totally fine but very small! Even though we were a little disappointed with the beach at our condo and a couple other misleading things we had a great stay and would likely go back!

Beautiful views from balcony. Food at local restaurants was great. Iggy's the onsite restaurant was okay but overpriced for the menu. Many beautiful places. The beaches, shops and historical sites. I really a good time. Neighbors at villa were very nice.

Rental was exactly as described, we had everything we needed for our week stay. Location was great and we loved Iggie's Oasis just a short walk down the beach.

Sue was great and always tried to be helpful and she was consistently responsive. She also had very detailed info RE: shopping, touring etc. I took her advice about buying dog biscuits to feed the fish and they ate right from my hand! Magen's Bay was the prettiest beach we saw on St Thomas and we had a blast on Water Island. I highly recommend renting a golf cart at Rachael's Rentals and having lunch at Heidi's. St John's had beautiful beaches, well worth the trip!
Sue's recommendation to eat at Sea La Vie was spot-on. We had a memorable meal there! Mim's restaurant is directly downstairs so it is convenient, but we had a poor experience. Very chewy (overcooked?) green lipped mussels which do not taste anything like the luscious blue/black mussels we have eaten all our lives (odd, grainy, texture). We sent it back and ordered something safe, or so we thought, fried calamari. We were served a dish of gnarled little pieces of squid ( no rings of squid!) that was over-fried, along with a dollop of store-bought tartar suace! The entree portions were generous and the fish was fresh but the execution was pretty basic, way out of line for the prices they charge. The view is spectacular though so we just chilled and soaked up the environment!
The property was clean and well kept, but it needs updating. IMHO the plastic plants should go, and the place needs a paint job. There are some minor oddities that should be addressed: an ill considered towel-bar inside one shower. It's 7' high and not usable unless you are 9' tall. One bathtub is made of plastic/vinyl that buckles when you walk on it, so standing in the tub while showering gives you the disconcerting feeling that the ground is moving beneath your feet as your weight shifts. We used the other shower. There is also a hanging light over the table in the living room/dining area that has an oddly placed in-line switch. It's located down near the outlet. It should be repositioned up near the lamp itself.
There is AC in each bedroom and the living room. It worked quite well but we did not need to use it much as the weather was pretty temperate.
Sue also, thoughtfully keeps a bunch of stuff that is useful for guests like beach chairs, and snorkeling equipment. Overall, we had a great time and dealing with Sue was a very easy, pleasant, experience! Every host should be as caring and thoughtful! Go, you'll have a great time!

The unit was wonderful. Taxi service was easy to book and then return even at night. Beach chairs in good condition along with multiple sized coolers. Could use a couple more beach towels and small rocks glasses for cocktails, but other than that, the unit was terrific and Susan, the host, was very helpful. Will definitely return to this unit near the pool and Mim’s Restaurant & Bar. Neighbors were nice too.

Very Efficient Way to Vacation
Owner provided a lot of extras! coolers, beach chairs, snorkeling gear… list goes on and on. This was definitely more efficient than staying in hotel!! Full kitchen was a plus!

We completely enjoyed our week in Paradise. Despite St Thomas still recovering from the 2017 hurricanes and under COVID restrictions, it's still beautiful and fun. We snorkeled every day from the Bolongo Beach, had great food, kayaked mangroves, explored downtown streets, and spent a day in St John. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the constant breezes kept us both cooled and bug-free.

A Week in Paradise
We completely enjoyed our week in Paradise. Despite St Thomas still recovering from the 2017 hurricanes and under COVID restrictions, it's still beautiful and fun. We snorkeled every day from the Bolongo Beach, had great food, kayaked mangroves, explored downtown streets, and spent a day in St John. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the constant breezes kept us both cooled and bug-free.
