La Sebastopol Guest House è moderna, spaziosa e serena. È un edificio indipendente e indipendente con più lucernari, un soffitto alto con travi a vista e pavimenti in cemento lucido. Il letto è delizioso, quindi dormirai come su una nuvola di gossamer :) C'è aria condizionata e calore in modo da rimanere fresco d'estate e caldo come brindisi in inverno, c'è una cucina completa, wifi potente, smart TV e docking station per la musica. Le porte-finestre si aprono su un patio privato coperto da un pergolato di viti. La Guest House è in centro, ma si trova su una tranquilla strada di campagna (sì, hai letto bene) Passeggia per vedere la fattoria / animali della zona, i ristoranti Barlow, stelle Michelin e Zagat, i nostri 2 mercati contadini locali, birrifici, degustazioni sale, gallerie e boutique. Le splendide cantine si trovano a 10 minuti in auto. Siamo fluenti nella contea di Sonoma, troverai la nostra ampia guida che abbiamo creato con elenchi interni di cibi, bevande, avventure, servizi spa e altro ancora. È una residenza privata rustica e non adatta a chiunque abbia problemi di mobilità. Se è la tua prima volta con noi, parlaci di te (e di chiunque sarà con te) da dove verrai e cosa ti porterà nell'area

The location was extremely private and peaceful. Decor beautiful, understated with many sweet touches (knit afghans to wrap up in to watch TV, floral artwork over dining table, outdoor space with bamboo fountain) and defined separate areas for bedroom and main living/kitchen area with high ceilings to give great sense of open space. Felt like staying in a lovely guest home. Wendy keeps the place in pristine condition. She brought over delicious homemade yogurt, and demonstrated use of HVAC. The Barlow shops and restaurants' nearness made this a terrific stay. Would love to return!

Nice quiet location with lovely landscaping. Hosts are friendly and thoughtful. Lots of extra touches that make you feel right at home. Great location for exploring the area.

There were so many good things about our stay. It was quaint and close to the city.The owner took her time to explain the places to go. She brought freshly laid eggs. Communication was good, mostly by text. She gave us an early check in. But there were a few things that caused me to rate it lower than a 5. The list of rules is a book long, and they require a picture of you before you can rent the place and require that you pay an extra $65 for insurance in case you damage the property. Maybe that's normal. But, most places don't require you to squeegee the shower every time you shower or ask you not to cook bacon on your last morning. We followed the rules. But the worst part is that the day that I returned, I noticed a $150 cleaning fee on VRBO. I texted Wendy to see what that was about. She said that they spent 3.5 hours extra to clean the kitchen. The kitchen is a small strip and we only used it to cook breakfast and I filled the dishwasher and didn't start it like she asked, cleaned the pans and wine glasses and left them on the drip board. Left a loaf of bread on the counter for her chickens.I left a pile of dirty towels on the ground for her in the bathroom to be helpful.(she complained about that.) My advise to you, if you stay here don't use the kitchen. I spoke with VRBO and they said that I am not responsible, because it doesn't say in the rules that they will charge extra for cleaning. Still, it was just regular clean up. I was unpleasantly surprised.
