Fai un passo indietro nel tempo e goditi il fascino del vecchio Nags Head al meglio. Il cottage più grande della proprietà, 'Surf Shack', è stato completamente rinnovato. Abbiamo appena finito la cucina questo inverno, nuovo di zecca! Ha tutti i comfort moderni di cui abbiamo bisogno, oltre al fascino antico della Nags Head degli anni '50.
I Surf Shack Cottages si trovano sulla Beach Road a MP 11, direttamente di fronte al Bainbridge Beach Access. Siamo a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e molto vicino al molo di Nags Head, ai ristoranti, allo shopping e al Jockey's Ridge. Il molo di Nags Head offre musica dal vivo diverse sere a settimana in estate. La nostra attività preferita (oltre a prendere il sole, ovviamente) è portare alcune bevande fredde in spiaggia e ascoltare le melodie comodamente dal nostro spot sabbioso.
Surf Shack dispone di 3 camere da letto, 1 bagno, luminoso arioso soggiorno con soffitto a volta, cucina e sala da pranzo / veranda. La camera da letto più grande ha un letto matrimoniale e le due camere più piccole hanno letti full size. Il cottage è dotato di una nuova TV a schermo piatto, via cavo, internet ad alta velocità, aria condizionata, lavanderia e grill a gas. Goditi un caffè al mattino o un cocktail la sera su uno dei due portici anteriori.
Mi dispiace per i cagnolini, ma Surf Shack Cottages non ammette animali domestici.

We spent six wonderful days at this cottage and loved every minute of our stay. The location was outstanding—everything we wanted to do was either within walking distance or just a short drive away. The beach, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions were all incredibly convenient, yet the cottage itself remained peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind.The cottage was spotless, well cared for, and immediately felt like home. We especially appreciated the thoughtful restoration and preservation of its historic charm. Rather than feeling like a typical vacation rental, it captured the spirit of a classic Outer Banks beach cottage and provided an authentic retro beach vacation experience.We also loved the owner’s notebook filled with personal recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and activities. We used it throughout our stay and found the suggestions excellent—many of our favorite experiences came directly from those recommendations.This cottage offered the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, convenience, character, and relaxation. We left feeling refreshed, with wonderful memories, and were already talking about returning before we got home. We highly recommend it and hope to stay here again in the future.

The surf shack is a quaint cottage with every single thing that you could possibly need for your stay down there. The owner is easily accessible and it’s a great place to go just to relax easy access to get to the beach and close to many restaurants and shops.
