Immerso in Kenai, questo delizioso casa a 280 € per notte è un eccellente scelta per il tuo prossimopausa. Kenai Bluff House si trova nel centro storico di Kenai. La casa è stata costruita nel 1935, e acquistata dai miei nonni nel 1947. Mio padre è cresciuto in questa casa! Naturalmente, la casa è stata ristrutturata e dispone di tutti i comfort moderni, ma ha una splendida e ricca storia di famiglia. La casa dispone di quattro camere da letto e due bagni, una cucina completamente attrezzata e ampio spazio per tutta la famiglia.
La struttura dispone di un grande prato e mobili da giardino per godersi il panorama mozzafiato di Cook Inlet. È possibile guardare le barche dei pescatori vanno e vengono con la marea. Eagles spesso atterrano a destra sul prato in quanto sono fuori di crociera per il loro prossimo pasto oceano.
Kenai è una piccola città e il "centro" è caratteristico e tranquillo. La casa si trova alla fine di una strada residenziale. Si trova accanto a Erik Hansen Scout Park, un piccolo parco di comunità e contiene una statua di bronzo di un boy scout che si affaccia sul Cook Inlet. Love the view, right on the bluff, overlooking the mouth of the Kenai River and ocean; plus mountains! Property is old, but very roomy and nice set up; it does need some minor maintenance, and it was sometimes difficult to get a response from owners when we had questions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great location and plenty of room. Not nasty dirty but not as clean as it should be. We saw in guest book a baseball team eating three meals a day was here before us but some of the dirt was before them. I would stay again for location and split bedrooms were good for separating kids and us old folks.

We were in town for my dad's 95th birthday and my brothers nd sisters enjoyed the property. The bluff views were amazing. We managed to get the only sunny weekend in a couple month run.

Great house for 3 families (8 of us) to stay in. Space for every one to have their own space! Loved having a view of the water, the teens loved venturing down the road for beach access and checking the beaches for sea creatures during low tide. We had eagles fly by all the time and even have a couple stop in the yard. Thanks for sharing your house with us!!

This place was great. Not right on the shoreline like the pictures indicate, but really enjoyable. We had fires in the back yard fire pit and eagles land feet from us and what a great time. Highly recommend to stay here. Personally plan on another stay here.

The house had beautiful views and was spacious. It is an older home that could use some TLC though to make it truly exceptional. The kitchen was rather hit and miss on dishes. We also had some issues with the wifi but the owners were helpful getting it fixed when they were contacted. Overall I would recommend the location but some extra effort in the house would really make it Great!

This property is in a fantastic location, with the best views ever! The house is old but large and great for families or large

It's central location was good for day trips to Homer and Seward. WIFI did not work for our entire stay. Tried several times to contact the property manager with no reply. Beds were a little too soft for us.

If you stay, bring everything you could imagine needing for cooking-there were plates, 2 bowls and about 3 cups and a handful of silverware. Zero grill tools and the tank was empty. 1 knife that cut like a butter knife. Baking sheets are non existent and the pans have seen better days. We arrived and did not have check in codes from the owners so we spent 3 hours locked out calling, texting, and emailing with zero response. We finally got ahold of an outside party who relunctantly gave us the code. The tv didn’t work, the house had 1 roll of toilet paper and zero trash bags and no outside trash can. Black out blinds only exist in 1 bedroom. The internet cut out after a week. Management desperately needs to put the smallest amount of effort back into the house. With that said, the house is spacious, clean, and relatively comfortable. The view could not get any better overlooking the river entrance. There is great quick access to the beach and the neighborhood is quiet. Everything you could need to access is within a mile. Thanks for having us.

Quiet, exceptional view.
We had a great family get together in a home setting!

The property setting was fabulous and it housed 8adults comfortably.
The view was spectacular and convenient to everything Kenai and Homer. We were disappointed that the kitchen silverware, mugs, cutlery and glasses were limited. Having the washer and dryer was a big plus. We enjoyed our stay and the historical area.

Gorgeous view
There was plenty of rooms and space for our family reunion. The view was amazing, we were able to fish from the beach below, and the park next door was a bonus treat. We will definitely consider staying her again in the future.

this house is amazing! This house is perfect for any type of visit to Kenai. We rented it for our dip netting trip, but its such a perfect house, located in the cute part of old town kenai. We could walk any way and have amazing views, food, parks, beach access and so much more. this is One of our favorite rental we've ever had.

Great location
The location on the bluff of the mouth of the Kenai River was amazing. The house is nice with a large entryway. We enjoyed the fire pit in the yard with wood available. Every day I walked down the nearby path to the beach. The kitchen and table were great and we appreciated the laundry room. Great trip! We would definitely stay here again.

Better than expected!
Slept 5 adults and 6 kids with no problems at all! Views are AMAZING. Wish we could've stayed longer but only needed it for the weekend. Couldn't get the tv to catch anything but channel 2 but it made no difference to us since we weren't there much. Will absolutely be booking this next year.
