Con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni completi, questa è una delle case più affascinanti sull'isola di Anna Maria !! Situato a poche case dalla spiaggia, è solo due minuti a piedi fino a quando la sabbia bianca e polverosa è tra le dita dei piedi! Facile per i bambini e ancora più facile per te! Dietro l'angolo da ristoranti, pub e negozi in bici, auto o carrello dell'isola gratuito. La fermata del carrello gratuita è a sole tre case di distanza! Trolley porterà te e la tua famiglia in tutta l'isola di Anna Maria per visite turistiche, cibo, gelati e shopping. Muoversi in un attimo! Questa casa dispone di un'enorme piscina riscaldata lunga 32 piedi con cascata, enorme passo solare per bambini / neonati che non nuotano e spa in cui rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa di passeggiate sulla spiaggia. La piscina ha il suo tavolo con posti a sedere sull'acqua - ottimo per snack e bevande! Mermaid Crossing è un rifugio di lusso e benvenuto nella posizione perfetta sull'isola di Anna Maria. Questo bungalow è stato completamente rinnovato senza spese. Vanta lusso con 5 TV a schermo piatto, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, splendidi pavimenti in piastrelle di legno, ripiani in granito, decorazioni uniche sulla spiaggia, piscina tropicale riscaldata e un'enorme cabina coperta all'aperto con TV a grande schermo, bar personalizzato e mobili da salotto. Posti a sedere all'aperto per 15 plus. Il cortile paesaggistico tropicale è privato e recintato. Tavolo da pranzo al coperto 8 posti a sedere! 2 master suite con en-suite dotate di letti king size top di gamma, 3a camera con un letto king size e la camera dei bambini con 2 letti a castello per 5 persone (4 doppie e 1 estraibile con rotelle). Decorato in perfetto stile da spiaggia con tonnellate di tocchi amorevoli, Mermaid Crossing è il luogo per una grande riunione di famiglia o un semplice rifugio tranquillo. I proprietari di case rimangono qui con e senza i loro figli (scusate ragazzi!) quindi questo scappare è allestito con tutte le necessità e tonnellate di extra! Il garage è fornito di 2 kayak, 2 biciclette con portabibite e cestini, carro, triciclo per bambini, giocattoli, 8 sedie da spiaggia, 2 grandi ombrelloni, teli da mare e giochi da spiaggia. In spiaggia aspettati di vedere delfini, lamantini, pesci, uccelli, granchi e talvolta raggi saltellanti!

Perfect multi-family house. Very liveable layout. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. Indoor and outdoor eating spaces for large groups. The pool and spa were clean and spacious. Easy walk to the beach with wagon equipped with chairs, umbrella, beach toys. Kayaks and bikes a great bonus!

Great location...1 block from the beach and 1 block off the busy main drag, away from the hustle and bustle just enough.Excellent pool and sunshine exposure!Home has a great layout for blended families.We will book this again on our next visit!

We had two families of 4 and the property was just about perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Though we didn't use the hot tub (it was August), I could definitely see making good use of it in the cooler months. The only negatives I'd say are a few items in the house that were out of service. We found one of the main kitchen table chairs in the garage missing a leg, and one of the bedroom fans didn't work until my BIL did a bit of problem solving. Not huge deals, but probably things that should be addressed prior to guests arriving at the house. All in all, we'd definitely stay at this property again!

The location of this property was great. The beach is close by and the area was quiet. The home had plenty of space for us all and the decor was very nice. There was some cons to our trip. The WiFi password was listed differently in several places we contacted management and they were able to help us. Other things we came across with the property were the main fridge ice maker was broken along with the outside bar fridge had a door broken off the freezer. Apon arrival it did not seem to have been cleaned in the outside patio area. Landscaping appears to have not been taken care of in quite some time .During our stay there was not enough hot water for all of us to take hot showers. The washing machine appeared to have black mold on the door gasket and had a musty smell. The toaster only toasted lightly on one side. Some of the patio furniture was stained or breaking. During our stay someone came once to clean the pool, it was stated they would clean twice. We are not pool experts so not sure if this pool was a chlorine pool but we did not smell chlorine at all . By the end of our stay 4 out of 6 of us had very painful inner and outer ear infections to deal with which the doctor thought it could be from dirty pool water. There were a few rodents seen outside nad in property . The breaker to the master bathroom kept tripping also. The bunkrooms smoke alarm was missing from the ceiling. I did mention our issues at the end of our trip to management by email.
