In Furnangina, family villa with sea view, mature garden and swimming pool
Aggrappata alla collina nel cuore di Fromantica, la villa "A Furnangina" si affaccia sulla baia di Saint-Florent offrendo una magnifica vista sul mare e sulle colline selvagge che la delimitano. Dotata di tutti i comfort moderni (bagno, doccia, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, due frigoriferi, ...), la villa è anche molto piacevole da vivere in estate, con la sua grande terrazza sotto il ombra della vite, la sua piscina e persino il suo campo da bocce! 25 aree di terreno boscoso e recintato circondano la casa. Parcheggio privato incluso (con cancello automatico). Il mare è a soli 500 metri a piedi da una strada privata riservata agli abitanti del distretto. Per gli amanti del cibo, una grande cucina estiva vi accoglierà, con plancha, barbecue e forno per pizza.

We enjoyed staying in this home for a family reunion. The view is amazing and we enjoyed the pool, pétanque court, outdoor dining table, and all the amenities that were available. The house is very well situated - the beach is just a 10-minute walk down the hill, and the village of St Florent is 5 minutes by car. We highly recommend it!

The villa was in many ways perfect for our family group. It is spacious, practical and well equipped. (The air conditioning was an added bonus in the heatwave!) The kitchen, although not large, is very well equipped and there is a choice of places to sit and eat - outside on the veranda under the grapevines near the pool or inside on the enclosed balcony/patio area. All the bedrooms were simple and spacious and nice. The pool was lovely and cool and has a stunning sun platform overlooking the sea which made us feel like we were in Hollywood! The local beach can be reached easily in about 5-10 minutes walking down but a bit longer back home up the hill. While not the most beautiful beach in Corsica it is very nice with soft sand and clear water. Our only disappointment was that we had understood we would be within walking distance of St Florent. Although technically this is true, the walk is quite long (at least 30 minutes which was challenging in the heat) so you really need a car to get into town for your morning bread or an evening visit to the lively bars. Sheets and towels and cleaning were all included in the price and we felt it was good value. Overall we all liked the villa very much and the hosts were helpful and kind. We had a lovely holiday.

La maison est située idéalement sur les hauteurs de la baie de Saint Florent. Vue magnifique sur la baie. Grande maison très fonctionnelle. Grande piscine très agréable avec vue . Accès facile. La mer est à 10- 15 min à pieds ( Le retour monte ). Grande table sous la tonnelle de vigne à côté de la piscine. Très sympa pour les repas que nous prenions a 11 le soir. Bref, c’est le paradis !
