Friendly staff clean room and facilities

Price. Was high for a single bed. Someone left their clothes in the dresser but staff quickly responded and cleaned out

The breakfast was not as I expected it to be. There was not much variety.

There could have been a better place to warm or toast bagels and other breads.

The tv s didn’t work but was to tired to call to see stead wrong the mattress on the pullout is not comfortable for a adult

The bed was comfortable, and the room was adequate. It had modern decor and was close to the parking space. it was quiet and stocked with all the items you would need in a kitchen.

If you have taste buds, bypass the breakfast. It was horrible! The waffles tasted like cardboard, and the eggs were typical box eggs. It had zero flavor and was hard. It was not what I expected on so many levels, especially for the price. The pool was very small, like a kiddy pool, and was a bit chilly.

The mattress was so comfortable

I liked the staff, they helped fulfill all my requests. Needed extra pillows, towels, and TV equiptment wasn't connected properly, could have been accidentally nudged loose from cleaning, so remote didn't work initially.

Pillows were way too soft/thin, as if it was missing filling, needed extra pillows for my wife to sleep comfortably and extra for my kids. Reservation showed 2 kids and this should have bee anticipated, since we booked a bedroom suite with sofa bed. Paint stains on table and chairs in living area. Also didn't see a waffle maker, which we are used to seei g at other locations, they just had one toaster for eggo waffles. Seems like they could use another toaster for heavier traffic.

I do like the location. I do like the setup of the room which gives a little more space when you need to stay at a hotel for more than 3 nights.

The front desk at times seem unconcerned about the needs Of their customers. Unfortunately the hotel had an electrical outage that seemed to take quite sometime to be fixed. We did receive a typed apology note from the manager. However not at all compensated for not being able to take a hot shower or have electricity or receive our complimentary breakfast. I found the front desk to be less than concerned about the comfort of their customers.

Breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about. Being in an Amish location, it would have been nice to eat some of their food

I loved how big and roomy the room actually was. Everything was clean. The pool was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and always had a smile on.

The water pressure could be a little stronger
