Recentemente ristrutturato casa sulla spiaggia in semi-privata, comunità Summer Place, a soli 250 metri dalla spiaggia. Grande piscina con tiki bar, grill a gas, altoparlanti esterni abilitati per Bluetooth, recinto per la privacy, ampio patio con molti mobili. La piscina può essere riscaldata su richiesta a pagamento.
TV HD a schermo piatto da 60 "in soggiorno con lettore DVD e videoteca per tutte le età. Scaldabagno a gas senza serbatoio Rinnai, NON PIÙ DOCCE FREDDE. TV in tutte le camere, porte USB in tutte le camere e Internet wireless ad alta velocità. Gli aggiornamenti del 2019 includono: vernice fresca in tutto, nuovi elettrodomestici da cucina, nuovi mobili da piscina, nuova griglia a gas e nuove sedie da spiaggia. Lenzuola incluse nel soggiorno.
Cucina e bagni sono stati aggiornati con granito, nuovi lavandini, nuovi rubinetti, nuova illuminazione e pavimenti completamente piastrellati. Mattonelle dall'aspetto di legno duro nelle camere da letto e nel soggiorno di sotto. Frigo con fabbricatore di ghiaccio e distributore d'acqua. Quattro tavoli da pranzo con molti posti a sedere per ospitare grandi grigliate. Tutte le pentole e gli utensili sono forniti. Cucina attrezzata con frullatore, tostapane, miscelatore, caffettiera e keurig. Grill ha un collegamento diretto per il gas, quindi non finisci mai. Doccia esterna calda / fredda per il risciacquo dalla spiaggia.
House è molto adatta ai bambini con seggiolone, sedia da rimbalzo e culla pop-up. Giochi da tavolo e libri per adulti e bambini all'interno. Un sacco di giocattoli nel cassettone esterno. Biciclette, sedie a sdraio, boogie board, giochi e ombrelloni da portare in spiaggia. Campo da buche nel cortile, canestro da basket e una grande altalena per gli adulti per godersi la brezza serale dall'oceano.
Questa casa ha tutto il necessario e un'ottima posizione per divertirsi al sole. Circa 800 piedi dalla porta d'ingresso alla spiaggia.

The house was great for our group of families. But we did pay extra for early check-in and the floors were not very clean, everyones feet were very dirty once we walked around barefoot so not sure if the cleaner mopped or not. One shower had globs of hair in it so don't think it was cleaned. And the house had no bed sheets or bath towels upon arrival. They did bring them in the afternoon (we checked in at 10am) and just gave us a bag of sheets and towels. Usually rental houses have the beds made and ready. Otherwise it was a nice house and outdoor area!

This was our first trip to Ocean Isle and we will definitely be back! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We also really
enjoyed the pool and outdoor speakers. The short walk
to the beach was so nice with the kids. Thank you for sharing your place!

The house accommodated a large group well and was very clean. A few small issues such as the coffee maker didn’t work, you couldn’t use the television in the living room without tripping the breaker, we had to make the beds ourselves when we arrived, and several of the toilets either wouldn’t flush or made loud noises when it did flush. I also paid extra to have the pool heated (as we had poor weather for our visit) and it only put out warm water for a few hours before going back to cold. Overall it was a great stay, just a few small inconveniences!

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay here greatly. It was a great property. Needs a bit of attention and TLC due to overuse but overall it was a great place to stay.

All 8 adults and kids loved the house, pool, and short walk to great beach! Kitchen has all the wares. Bikes and beach stuff in outdoor closet. 5 bedrooms and each has a bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Request # towels you want in advance. Paid to warm the pool and it got up to 88! Bring extra paper products and soap. Dog friendly. Easy clean up.

We struggled opening the door every time & contacted the owner frequently for that. No toilet paper provided. We wish we were told that wouldn’t come with the rent, what a shame. Kitchen plates & cooking dishes weren’t available either. Basically, we feel like we were ripped with the price for the property. We didn’t expect Vrbo’s standard is that low. Unfortunately, we learned our lesson in the hard way.

The house met our needs totally. We needed to take our dogs and this home is pet friendly although you would never have known pets had been inside the home. Fully equipped kitchen and the outdoor pool was so very nice. The owner was responsive immediately with questions we had upon arrival.

We had 5 adults and 10 pre-teen/teens. Great home for our group of teens from church. We had a wonderful youth retreat.

The place was perfect for our first big family gathering since the pandemic. Despite no view of beach (which they didn't promise), the place was big enough for everyone, the kitchen was super well-stocked (even tape, spices, and batteries!), and owner was great when we realized we short one sheet set. The pool, grill and tables/chairs/swing out back were perfect for hanging out with our kids.

We really enjoyed the property. Communication was good when we encountered some small issues (not the owner's fault). The amount of space in the back pool area was a nice surprise; chairs, tables, good privacy. Easy beach access. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here. Working with Alyssa was super easy and she was extremely responsive. The pool was great and it was a short walk to the beach access. The street was not busy and great for the kids to ride bikes. My 3 year old loved the race car toddler bed. You can’t go wrong with this house. Thank you.

We had a great time! We could easily walk to the beach. Bed linens provided. Everything was clean.
