Questa bella casa di tre camere da letto dispone di ogni comfort e comodità di alto livello che si desidera (tra cui una favolosa vasca idromassaggio all'aperto) per un incredibile, indimenticabile vacanza! (Tutti su un unico piano e senza gradini da scalare!) Due camere da letto matrimoniali, ciascuna con incredibilmente comodi letti king-size. Una camera da letto ha un comodo materasso Serta I comfort, e l'altro è una linea superiore materasso Simmons Beautyrest Exceptionale! (Entrambi i materassi più di 2.500 dollari.!) Possediamo un mobile e negozio di materassi sull'isola, e prestiamo particolare attenzione al comfort per la vacanza definitiva! La terza camera ha due letti singoli da favola. C'è anche una bella comoda confortevole quattro stagioni letto matrimoniale e divanetto in salotto e una grande poltrona comodi per papà!
La nostra casa è professionalmente con gusto e completamente attrezzate. Si tratta di meno di 1/2 di un miglio dalla spiaggia, (facile, breve corsa in bicicletta) O, solo un miglio lungo la strada è il nuovo rinnovato Sea Pines Beach Club, con bagno, parcheggio, cibo, bevande e musica dal vivo di marca ! O trascorrere il pomeriggio dalla vostra piscina riscaldata completamente privato (a pagamento per riscaldare la piscina), con tiki bar e jacuzzi! Mangiare a? Abbiamo un ben attrezzata, cucina moderna, ampia sala da pranzo con vista sulla piscina, o mangiare fuori in piscina con l'ambiente tropicale lussureggiante!
Mangiare fuori? Hilton Head ha tutto da fast food a ristoranti a cinque stelle! C'è molto da fare qui o rimanere e guardare video (forniamo una vasta selezione) sul grande schermo ad alta definizione TV (via cavo con Showtime e TIVO!)
Mettiamo a disposizione di tutti i piccoli extra che rendono la vostra vacanza una gioia e hasslefree! (Come le biciclette, sedie a sdraio, e connessione internet wireless ad alta velocità .. se si deve!)
C'è una profonda immersione vasca idromassaggio in secondo bagno, oltre alla vasca idromassaggio all'aperto! Un sacco di cortile atmosfera e divertente per essere avuto, se siete una coppia o una coppia di amici!

This property was well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could possible need. The owner MJ was very quick to respond to my call I was unable to access my email for entry instructions' and was very caring and pleasant to talk too. We will diffidently want to book again on our next visit to Hilton Head.

The property was clean and well taken care of. MJ was responsive when pool needed to be cleaned after a storm. The house has everything you need - didn’t know their was a grill which was a bonus. Good location. Having 4 bikes was great too. Would recommend and would stay here again.

The home was wonderful and it was in a very convenient location. Located very close to the beach club and the trolley parking. The beach is amazing! The beach club parking is open to all after 3PM making it an easy stop for an evening walk on the beach after a day out.
The owners are lovely people and made themselves very available to us. This property is exactly what we needed and we plan to book it again in the future!

This was our first time staying in Sea Pines and after our experience will not be the last! The home was absolutely perfect. Had everything we would need. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. And having bikes for us to ride….beyond words. We biked to the beach a few times. Biked in the evening. It was so much fun. The owners responded right away when we had questions. We live in Augusta, GA so it’s not a far drive which means we will definitely be staying here again.

We have boys ages 3 and 6. They loved the pool. The house was great. It was setup for everything we needed for the week. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at MJ's. The big things are obvious - location, amenities, location again. But it's the small things that make a big difference - sharp knives, every kitchen appliance you could ever need, a good bread knife (!), extra towels, an already heated jacuzzi, beach chairs, etc, etc. There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. And YES - the beds are super comfortable and being near the stables and the forest was a huge plus. I highly recommend MJ's for a Hilton Head visit.
A couple of helpful tips for newcomers to Sea Pines: 1) the front gate only takes cash so bring $20 for each car for the week pass, and 2) if you arrive Saturday the week pass expires the following Friday so you can't run to the Harris Teeter Saturday morning of checkout and get back in to Sea Pines without paying for another day ($9). I discovered that the hard way!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful well appointed home. Everything is at your fingertips and the host was wonderful to deal with. The beds were extremely comfortable and the poll and hot tub was a dream at the end of the day to relax. Lawton Stables was awesome and there are so many fine dining options to choose from for every taste. Would highly recommend and would book this house again!!! The Lowmans Beaver County PA

We had a wonderful time, the home was lovely, with all the details correctly listed. Our first time to Hilton Head and the location couldn’t have been better. Biked to beach, to feed the horses nearby and rested well. Disappointed only in Pickleball not available except for steep charges. which is the community’s responsibility not the home owner. We hope to come back next year. We rent homes a lot and the lighting, towels, beds and pillows were top notch. Thanks so much!

This home was a wonderful home for our family. Everything we needed was provided. The kids loved the hot tub. There was a problem with check in but the owner promptly responded to try to make the situation right. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Lawton Woods is the hidden gem of Sea Pines. This property has so many amenities (bikes, pool, hot tub) and great owners! Best value in Sea Pines - not even close.

Very comfortable house and very well stocked. Owner was so nice and always helpful. We loved being in sea pines and really enjoyed the hot tub. Stayed for a month and had family and friends visit! Everyone loved it!

Had a great time, location was really nice. Having the heated pool and hot tub gave an alternative to the beach on the cooler days. We stayed in the fall and had a day that was just a little too cool and windy for the beach. Beds were cozy too! Owner was very easy to get ahold of when needed.

Lovely Getaway!
We stayed two weeks at this Lawton Woods home. The first week my oldest daughter and her family vacationed with us and the second week my youngest daughter and her family stayed with us. We all loved the location, the home, the pool and all the amenities! Sea Pines is the best place to stay on Hilton Head, in my opinion. We rode bikes on the miles of trails, took a short walk to the stables and swam in the pool each day. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious for the 4 adults and 2 kids that were there each week. I would not hesitate to return!

Could not have asked for a more perfect week on Hilton Head. House was fantastic, did not want for anything. MJ was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was perfect for the five adults we had with us. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you'll need. Beach chairs & bicycles really made it nice for the beach. Loved bicycling through Sea PInes!! The Sea Pines Beach Club is only a few minutes away from the house and a great place for drinks & dinner. Can't wait to book a return trip.!!

Just a mile walk to the beach, close to the stables and nature area, easy bike rides to harbor town and Salty Dog, and not far from the Gate! The kids enjoyed the pool every night for cooling off as it was very hot that week. We saw lots of different wildlife on our evening walks and enjoyed eating at several great restaurants. MJ thought of literally everything we could possible need at this house and more! The beds were also sooooo comfy just like she said they would be! I would highly recommend this place.

We feel so at home here on Pender Lane. The house is a perfect size for our family of six and has everything we needed for our HHI getaway. The pool and hot tub are perfect and the home is very cozy and user friendly with all amenities. It was sparkling clean when we arrived and we settled in quickly. We used the bikes for very safe and easy rides all over the Sea Pines property. The only trouble with our stay was that a week felt too short. We will be back again, 10/10 for this peaceful, warm and inviting house.

Coming to Sea Pines for 10 years, and this was our best year
House had everything we needed and exactly as described. We loved the location tucked away in a quiet but friendly neighborhood, short walk to beach, stables, and golf course. The bikes were a huge plus we used them everyday to go to Harbortown, Salty Dog or Forest Preserve.
