Questi due affascinanti appartamenti di livello superiore si trovano in posizione privilegiata, proprio accanto all'Anigua Yacht Club Marina nel porto di Falmouth. 5 minuti. A pochi passi da due spiagge incontaminate, yacht club, supermercati, centro sportivo, ristoranti e il sito storico Unesco di Nelson Dockyard. I megayacht trascorrono il loro inverno in questa zona dove ci sono molti eventi internazionali di grande interesse. L'atmosfera del villaggio mescolata con il mondo globale della nautica da diporto conferisce a quest'area un sapore unico.
L'appartamento è estremamente confortevole con la più grande vista sul porto e verso l'Oceano Atlantico.
Puoi goderti la lettura di un libro sulla terrazza, cucinare i tuoi pasti o bere una tazza di tè ... tutto è previsto per un soggiorno lontano da casa.
Ci sono oltre 30 ristoranti per tutti i budget da US $ 8 per la tariffa locale allo standard Michelin. L'appartamento è molto centrale, dove è possibile raggiungere a piedi 2 spiagge, bar, ristoranti, banche, ufficio postale e tutti e 3 i porti turistici. Essendo così vicino all'azione, la musica può essere ascoltata a volte in alta stagione. È un'alternativa intelligente a un resort tutto incluso. Si tratta di appartamenti di livello superiore, quindi si prega di valutare se è adatto per i più giovani o difficoltà a salire le scale.

Excellent communication throughout from our host, Choy. The apartment was as advertised and really well placed for easy access to the local bars, shops and restaurants. The lovely beach was only a 10 min walk. I think our only niggle (not really a complaint!) was that a couple of decent saucepans with lids would have been useful. The kitchen equipment was a little sparce and had mostly seen better days. If you plan to eat out every night then it's not a problem. The aircon worked really well and the indoor space and the balcony were lovely. Quite a rustic feel but in a good way! If you like looking at superyachts, this is the place for you! It can get a bit noisy in the mornings as people are working not far away, but we expected this and it was fine. The whistling tree frogs whistle all night too. We weren't expecting that but again, that's just part of being in the Caribbean! We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity were to arise.

We loved our stay here. It was just as described. Very clean. Amazing views of English harbor. Within walking distance to Nelson's dockyard and Pigeon point. Great communication with the host. Highly recommend!

We had a good 12 day stay ,we just wished that the owner would have told us ,before hand,that this is a noisy location.A different owner in the same complex told us right away,after we inquired that this was not a kid friendly place and it could be very loud due to the different venues down and across the street.We didn't understand that this place was in the same building complex and and quickly realised what the other owner ment ,We appreciated her honesty and wished this owner would have done the same...Great place for renters with no kids that are here to party...everyone else should avoiid. Also this place is on a road not very traveled but thrash trucks like to collect garbage at night and make as much noise as possible .We also had a anti moskito fumigating truck come by a few times as well as the middle of the night and the unit filled up with toxic moskito killing smoke ....kinda weird and not efficient at all....but that's Antigua !!
