Serratura della porta senza chiave per non dover tenere le chiavi durante il soggiorno !! Inoltre, quando si lascia l'appartamento si cammina in un atrio e non gli elementi, questo è ottimo se soggiornate nei mesi invernali o quando capita di piovere !!
Phoenix X è uno dei complessi condominiali più famosi della costa del golfo. C'è un motivo per cui più turisti soggiornano in questo condominio rispetto a qualsiasi altro in spiaggia arancione.
Non c'è un posto migliore dove stare per te e la tua famiglia di Phoenix X. Ci sono un sacco di attività tra cui una sala pesi, campo da squash, sauna, piscina coperta, vasche idromassaggio, campi da tennis e piscina all'aperto. C'è anche una bella area gazebo per rilassarsi sotto mentre il tuo bbqing.
Vieni a rilassarti sullo spazioso balcone al 2 ° piano con vista mozzafiato sul golfo o dormi sul grande letto king nel master con accesso al balcone! Ci sono 2 letti matrimoniali nella seconda camera da letto. Questa unità è stata aggiornata per includere nuovi controsoffitti e nuovi mobili.
Abbiamo sostituito tutti i letti sui letti e sostituito divano e sedie nel maggio del 2017!
Siamo situati vicino a ristoranti, negozi di alimentari e non lontano dai centri commerciali. Non dimenticare che siamo proprio accanto alla Flora-Bama!

Abbiamo anche le 2 camere da letto della porta accanto e una unità di 3 camere da letto solo 2 porte verso il basso !!

Great view from the second floor. Easy access to elevator, parking garage, luggage carts, trash chute, pools, hot tubs, lobby. Condo had k cup coffee maker and a great ice maker in fridge. Didn’t use beach supplies but only saw a few things I wish for guests who fly in there were beach towels available and beds could be more comfortable but overall great!

The condo was not the cleanest, floors and tubs were dirty. The couch looks like it came from goodwill. Seemed dirty old and right arm was broken. The worst was when we stepped out on the balcony and the floor was so dirty that our feet stuck to the floor. There were stains on the floor. There were three different type of cheap and very worn chairs. One was broken and the others looked worn and starting to rip. Much needed updates no. Oh and the sheets in the double room don’t fit the bed way too big. We stayed in this condo a couple years ago and it was not like this. Last year we rented another condo thru a different company and the condo was gorgeous. Will not rent this again.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean for the most part. All of the pots and pans are extremely in need of replacing. The sliding door to balcony was duck taped at the bottom and peeling off exposing sharp metal. The furniture on balcony was kind of rusted. The resort overall was very clean and staff were extremely nice!

This location is absolutely perfect. Surprisingly quiet even though right next to Florabama. The unit itself worked for what we needed. Spacious and had a few beach chairs. The unit wasn’t the cleanest, but worked. The host wasn’t responsive unless something was wrong. The master shower and sink didn’t drain well, but once I sent another message the host set up maintenance for the following day and got it fixed. Can’t check in early, even if the hotel itself has the room cleaned because the host sets up the auto lock on a timer and won’t respond to early checkin requests.

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. This condo was wonderful! Very cozy condo. The location in the building is perfect too because it is near the parking garage and the front desk in case you need anything. We got to enjoy the beautiful weather from the porch and also got to walk next door to the famous Florabama (where we enjoyed delicious shrimp tacos!). Would stay here again!

Located on the second floor, it is very convenient to the parking garage and accessing the the 1st floor but for us a little too close to the pool. It was kinda loud at night with people partying and their music. BUT...that was our only complaint. Nice views, everything you need in the kitchen (bring your own coffee filters and seasonings) and nice bedrooms. Always nice to get away to the white sand beaches!

I was very disappointed in this condo. When we arrived the maids had been there and this was the most filthy place I have ever seen. We could not even take a shower when arrived, because the master room shower and tub was so filthy even the soap bar was left in the shower that the previous had used to clean there bodies with. I spoke with Charlie and told him the problems and he had a maid to come but was not until the next morning. The maids that came the day before should be fired. I’m not sure if I will go through your rental property again. I would appreciate being comped for some our money.

Condo is on a great floor and close to the elevators for our family. The condo is spacious and well laid out. However it was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival and not nearly stocked with enough bath, hand & kitchen towels. For our family of six we had to wash towels every day to have clean ones available. The condo had roaches dead on kitchen floor, drink stains on blender base, food particles covering the stove top, heavily stained comforters on the beds,
And food particles found on many of the dishes. The kitchen trash bin bottom was filled with sticky nasty leftover fluids.
The condo needs TLC and a bit of updating.

However it was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival and not nearly stocked with enough bath, hand & kitchen towels. For our family of six we had to wash towels every day to have clean ones available.
