Nothing, nothing is there to like.. also he took over and above agreed amount of 950...he took 1500, for the worthless stay stay ever.

Very Bad nightmare stay in this hotel smile very bad in hotel and rooms fell like Drainage smell bed bugs, mosquito, dirty bed sheets etc

Location
I have to ask everything and they were not allowing me for check in and were saying that online booking not accepting because of low price.

After support of customer care, they allowed for check in with extra charges of 300rs
Room was not clean as I was expected.
Most important bad thing was that they denied to check in without asking anything.

Lot of Maintenance is required to meet the goal. Matress has lost its stiffness in Room no. 207and bathroom door is not operating properly in Room no. 307. Lot of work is going on. Stair case if used manually is very dirty.
Location is good. Not good for vegetarian.

I didn't like anything.
I've booked the hotel with the price shown in the app but the receptionist refused to give us the room for the booked price we were expelled out of the hotel at 1am. He didn't give us respect at all. He was so rude. I request you to delete the hotel from the site.
I still haven't gotten the refund till now.

The online prices are deceptive and the hotel does not accept it. They charge 1400 for a day and advertise 650/day on booking.com. The beds, blankets and pillows are too unclean and unusable. Washroom is bad than any public toilet. They don't provide any room service for any complaints made. They switched of the room AC on 2nd day. Just had one of the worst experiences.

Rooms are very neat and clean
Staff behaviour especially the reception person is very rude and they show booking price while booking 700 and when we reach the hotel they charge 1600

Firstly, I booked a hotel using booking.com and paid the full amount. Then, when I reached the hotel the person (receptionist) said that at this price we can not give hotels to you. If you want your room then pay 1000 rupees more. I booked hotel on booking.com nearly 500 rupees.
The behaviour of receptionist was rude. He said the if you want rooms then just come to hotel. Dont book it on any platform otherwise at that price he will never give room.
It was very new city for.me that's why I need to pay that amount. But there is a lot of communication gap between booking.com and hotel.
My experience is very worst.
