I loved how quiet the place was. I had travelled for work and it was so nice coming back to a clean homely place after a busy day. It felt like home. Loved the air conditioning as well. The host is really warm and was so kind as to stay up and wait up for me to arrive on day one- I got delayed and arrived later than I'd indicated.

The wifi was very good, the AC was excellent. And hot water. I had a wonderful stay
It was a little far from the shopping area and restaurants. A 20 minute walk. There was always a boda boda out front though 100 ksh to the mall. Everything else was great

It's in a good and quiet area. Wi-fi is provided. Drinking water is provided too. The bathroom is spacious and clean towels provided.
I found a millipede outside the closet and next day there was another one in the bathroom. I'd recommend pest control because the surrounding trees will definitely attract bugs.
Some parts have paint peeling off which doesn't look very nice.

very well situated in Nyali beach, great host. AC worked wonders. We were also able to do or laundry which was very helpful,

Fridah is a great host. She allowed us early check in and was there to meet us when we arrived.
The location is good, nice neighborhood for a walk and easy to access via Uber and tuktuk.
The room was smaller than expected, but worth the price.

It was very safe, quiet, and clean. There was AC and also clean drinking water provided.
It is a bit far from everything (both the city centre and the beaches). Also, room is good for 1 person but for 2 would be very cramped. Just for sleeping and mb light breakfast as there's not much atmosphere or things to do close by.

Host was super lovely and in touch before our arrival. Room was cute and comfortable - it is attached to the back of the host’s house. Area around is lovely and green and safe. We found a delicious Italian restaurant and swimmable beach very close by
It is a bit far out from travel hubs in Mombassa - this isn’t a negative but for us (we didn’t think carefully enough!) we came from the train station and then went back to the air port within a day - both were about 40 minutes away so I would suggest two nights or more at Serene :)

The AC was excellent. The bathroom was big and clean.
The bathroom needs a washing spray especially for Muslims.

Fridah the host is very welcoming, professional and kind. She made our stay well worth. We ended up extending by 3 more nights!!!
Rooms were cleaned daily and toiletries provided.
The Nyali location is very convenient. Highly recommend if you have business or leisure in Mombasa.

Location perfect. Quite. Peaceful. The AC on point. Reaching the Beach was way easier. Most of all we felt safe. We felt welcomed en at Home. En yes we did Rest.
