Se questo è prenotato, provare il numero VRBO 471136. Due sedie a sdraio gratuite con cuscini e ombrellone (valore di $ 30 al giorno), WiFi e HBO. Serratura elettronica; non c'è bisogno di portare una chiave e non preoccuparti che qualcun altro abbia una copia della chiave. Recentemente ristrutturato con nuovi ripiani in granito, mobili da cucina, vanità, elettrodomestici, lampade, ventilatori a soffitto, ecc.
Splendida vista sulla spiaggia di sabbia bianca e acqua cristallina. Una parete di vetro lunga sei piedi e alta otto piedi dal pavimento al soffitto lungo la spiaggia. Le porte scorrevoli in vetro si trovano nelle camere da letto e nel soggiorno. Tutte le camere, compresa la sala da pranzo, si affacciano sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano.
Ampie camere da letto con bagno privato e cabine armadio. Il bagno principale ha due lavandini. Questo posto è enorme e molto ben attrezzato per ospitare 8 persone. Master ha un letto matrimoniale e la seconda camera ha due letti matrimoniali. Soggiorno ha divano letto.
Ogni camera ha una vista dal pavimento al soffitto e da parete a parete del golfo, sentirsi vicino alla spiaggia da questo condominio al terzo piano. Guarda gli splendidi tramonti e rilassati con il tuo drink preferito sul balcone.
Questo è un condominio a bassa densità che ha solo 32 unità per ogni edificio; Un totale di 64 unità! Nessuna attesa per gli ascensori. Due posti auto per ogni unità si trovano sotto l'edificio al piano principale. Questo è un luogo di vacanza molto bello situato all'estremità occidentale della spiaggia di Panama City, ma convenientemente situato vicino a tutti i tipi di ristoranti, negozi, divertimenti per famiglie e attività nel nuovissimo complesso Pier Park! Sei vicino a ristoranti eleganti e informali, nonché a pochi passi da un negozio di alimentari, negozi, ristoranti informali e raffinati e il nuovo molo di Panama City Beach.
Nuove grandi TV HD nelle camere da letto e nel soggiorno con lettore DVD. Una cucina completamente attrezzata e una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size, WiFi gratuito e HBO che rendono questa "casa lontano da casa" perfetta per famiglie, coppie e amici.
Tieni presente che ci sono due Bike Rallies all'anno a Panama City Beach: 21-25 ottobre 2015; 27 aprile-1 maggio 2016; 19-23 ottobre 2016. Le strade diventano congestionate e rumorose durante le date sopra.

This property is in an excellent location. The beach area is not as busy as other places on the beach, and eventhough the pool was small, there wasn't a lot of people in it, so we were able to enjoy without feeling crowded. When we went to the beach, it was not as crowded as some of the beaches down toward the large resorts, but there were many things within walking distance. My family had an excellent time. We even saw dolphins one morning jumping and playing in the ocean. There is an ocean view from every room in this condo. My 3 star markings have to do with a miscommunication with check-in and the condo being ready for us. In the end, Sulu made things right and compensated us for our inconvenience. In addition, there were some minor updates that could be addressed within the condo such as replacing some worn rugs. We appreciated Sulu's prompt communication and the beautiful view from our condo!

Very clean, fabulous view on a quiet stretch of beach. The office with twin is a closet with a roll out bed. Rooms are big and the bed could easily be used in either of the bedrooms.

So overall - we had a great vacation. In my opinion - this unit needs work. There was peeling & cracking paint in the master bath, lots of old caulk lines that had cracked & separated from wall or trim & had not been repaired, holes in linens & other instances of cheap "bandaid" fixes on wear & tear issues that just took away from the quality of the unit. Had the pricing been cheaper, I wouldn't even mention these things b/c you expect that - but we paid over 2k for the week & in my experience, this unit was just pretty run down for that price. Also - during the week of our stay the building was being power-washed - seemingly one floor each day. The issue was that all that water flowed down the steps & brought with it standing water, small & large paint chips, dirt & junk & no one picked this up. Never - for the entire week, just a sloshy, dirty mess. Also all the mats in the elevator waiting areas were not picked up prior to spraying water for hours on end, so they were soaked & stinky & just super gross. This is a complex with 2 buildings & the building to our left was being gutted on the bottom two floors so plastic everywhere & just looked abandoned & not 100%, again, took away from the overall quality & just felt run down. Good things - this is beach front - so awesome views - the length of the entire unit ! Great size - 2 bed 2 bath double master. Also - owner was easy to work with & the touch button entry was super convenient. Just needs some TLC
