Situato in posizione centrale in una strada tranquilla con traffico automobilistico limitato e NESSUN TRAFFICO DI AUTOBUS A 3 isolati dal Parque Santiago e 6 isolati da Plaza Grande questa bella casa è di 3000 piedi quadrati con un soggiorno e TV a grande schermo, Sala da pranzo con posti a sedere per 6 ( posti a sedere aggiuntivi per 4 sulla terrazza), grande cucina completamente attrezzata, 3 camere da letto tutte con il proprio bagno e aria condizionata e 2 terrazze coperte con vista sulla grande piscina (non una piscina per bambini) e sul bellissimo giardino tropicale.
C'è anche un garage per parcheggio fuori strada.
La casa si trova in una tranquilla strada non-pedonale eliminando gran parte del rumore del traffico comune a molte delle strade del centro.

The house is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Everyone loved it and was sad to have to leave.

Few things for owner: garage door opposite lock tumbler stopper at floor is difficult to open and close, but must be closed for deadbolt to operate smoothly. (2) We got a little rain on night and noticed a small leak from skylight in living room. (3) Kitchen sink faucet difficult to fully turn off. (4) No hot water in master shower,but good in sink. AC in middle bedroom very noisy - may be a sign of future failure. Overall - beautiful property, backyard is beautiful, and we would stay again.

We had a great stay. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the very private and beautiful back yard. The house was large enough for our family and everyone had their own bathroom. Our property manager, Ken, was super responsive to our needs. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. This was our first time in Merida. Our Uber drivers had a hard time finding the correct address. However the taxi drivers had no issues. Our property manager helped us direct the Uber drivers. We learned the plumbing in Merida is a little delicate, compared to what we are used to and were told that no toilet paper could go in toilets and should be put in the trash instead.The house is beautiful inside but the neighborhood, as most of the neighborhoods, seemed a little rundown. They were very safe. We walked around at night and had no issues. My daughter lost her wallet and it was returned to her with everything in tact- including her cash!All around great stay!

Backyard lovely. Received multiple bug bites inside home and out. Recommend spraying property regularly. Classic Mexican style home. Decor could use some updating. Great location
