This small condo is in a fabulous location right near China Town and walking distance to everything. Bed was comfortable but the base was larger than the mattress which made getting around it and in and out of the bed awkward. Owners instructions were easy to follow. We were a late checkin so had to go to the owners house to pick up the key fobs. The house didnt have a number on it. Luckily the owner had the porch light on so we took a chance and looked in the mailbox and there were the fobs. Great coffee and breakfast place right across the street, Shanzees.

The property is on a parallel street to Chinatown, close to the water. Great location, with boutiques, cafes close by, and downtown within an easy walk. It’s a solid, modern building with a good security system. Communication was excellent with the owners.

Bright, clean and comfortable condo. Loved my stay at this home away from home. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, waterfront and Chinatown. Many places within walking distance. I’m making plans to come stay again.

The property is exceptional! We loved the downtown location. The suite was really comfortable and bright. The underground parking was an added bonus. Tried the Mexican restaurant and the biscuit cafe across the street and both were great.

We had everything we needed and the location was superb for going for dinner and drinks. Apartment was very comfortable and bigger than it looks in the pics. Parking was very convenient. Would definitely recommend! Super plus for being pet/dog/cat friendly ❤️

This property is located in the centre of downtown Victoria, close to Chinatown and Market Square with easy access to shopping, dining and beautiful water side walking trails. The condo is small, clean and secure and surprisingly quiet. It definitely tops the list of our favourite places to stay in Victoria.

Sarah made the check in process very easy, and checked in a couple of times to see if we needed anything. Her place is in the best location, easy walking to most of downtown.

Really great communication with hosts, and place was exactly as advertised. Minimal check out tasks was a huge plus. Downtown location was easily walkable from the ferry and nightlife

Great condo, very clean and comfortable, helpful hosts. Walking distance to everything in China Town, and directly across from Market Square. Highly recommend. As a first time VRBO user, I was shocked by the extra fees on top of the advertised price - it ended up being more than double. We had a cat, and expected cleaning costs, so expexted some extra fees but were taken aback by how much more it was. All in all, though, a truly lovely experience.

Everything was within walking distance. It was a bit hot in the evening as there’s no AC in the unit. We had the fan on and opened all the windows and it was fine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and will come back again. Thank you Sarah!

The room was spotless. The hosts were very easy to work with. Nice that it included a parking space in a parking garage. Pull out bed wasn’t the best. 😀

This condo situated in Chintown is in the heart of everything. No need for a vehicle as you can walk to the downtown highlights. The condo was spotless with all of the required amenities. Our host was fantastic in communicating and a pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond!

This condo situated in Chintown is in the heart of everything. No need for a vehicle as you can walk to the downtown highlights. The condo was spotless with all of the required amenities. Our host was fantastic in communicating and a pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond!

It is perfect for exploring the area on foot while leaving your vehicle in the secure underground parking spot. The building is old and lovely and we liked that fobs were required for access and safety. The suite is modern, updated and has every amenity needed including a cute little balcony to watch the goings on outside. We appreciated the suggestions of places to eat as there are so many in the area. Shopping, restaurants, brew pubs, historical places, theatres, are all within blocks. The walking paths are great and you can be in the inner harbour in minutes. Communication with the owners was prompt and they answered all our questions. This is an amazing place to stay for a visit to Victoria and we highly recommend it. Our only suggestion would be to consider replacing the couch ... our old bones found it uncomfortable.

Fantastic Stay
This property is located in the perfect spot with access to all the best that Victoria has to offer. The property is clean and well organized with ample seating for all. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!!

Location was great, clean and comfortable bed
Great location. Parking was really a plus for us. Even though the spot is a bit challenging to park. Once I figured the way to park after a few attempts, it was no brainer. Unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is reside just above the driveway to the garage, do prepare to hear noise. Especially in the morning when someone taking out the garage bin for the truck to pick up.
Overall it was a pleasant stay and will probably return in the future.

Perfect location and very well equipped
The apartment is situated in a super convenient location, in the heart of Chinatown and a minute walk away from the famous Fan tan Alley! It’s also just a short walk from downtown and any other major touristy spots such as bastion square. The house was very clean and even had board games, restaurant recommendations and extra blankets, pillows etc. absolutely loved staying here and didn’t want to leave at all!
