We had a very nice time. Our dog loved the yard. Everything worked and was clean. We only wished there was a window covering above the claw foot tub as the sun shone on our faces early morning making it hard to sleep in. We recommend.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We spent most of our days hiking, but we enjoyed quiet evenings at this cottage.

We were so pleasantly surprised at this VRBO. The house was modern, well equipped, clean and well located. We truly had a relaxing time with our friend. Our little 5lbs toy poodle loved the grass too and she was such a good girl! We did notice there was a tiny water leak in the fridge from the freezer. Other than that, everything was perfect. We would recommend this VRBO to friends and family and would stay again if we are ever back to Kanab.

We were doing a bucket list of parks, and this house was just perfect for two senior folks, and their three fur children. Having the green and lush lawn made the visit much better especially for the fur kids!

Super cute, decorative, and very clean place to stay. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. We will be back since it was hard to leave this place. The llamas in the neighborhood are a huge plus!

This was our second stay in Kanab at the Copper Top Cottage. The house, like with our first stay, is very clean, and comfortable to stay in. There is a Keruig coffee machine and a basket full of pods provided. In the cabinets were a variety of spices for cooking. Great selection of kitchen equipment and tableware.
Downtown and local grocery stores are no more than a couple of minute drive.
The neighborhood is very quiet and dark. The latter one of the reasons for staying. We spent the day as volunteers at the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.
I would certainly reccomend looking into staying here if you are planning to spend some time in Southern Utah and Northern Arizona.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Kanab. The weather held up for great 5 mile hikes in the area, the two bedrooms were perfect for two couples and our dog. The fenced in yard and back deck was quite nice and fully equipped kitchen was perfect! Highly recommend staying here!

Went to visit my daughter in Kanab for Thanksgiving. There were 3 of us and her place was too small for everyone. Found this cute little gem. Not only was it adorable, it was clean and very comfy. We had our little dog with us and the fenced backyard was great! We were pleasantly surprised to see all the deer and so close. Literally right next to the backyard fence and one was a buck. The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of dishes to support out Thanksgiving meal. We look forward to coming back. Michelle is an amazing host!!!!

Of our six years visiting our son in Kanab, we enjoyed this place the most, especially having a fenced yard with grass for our little dog.

We stayed for a week in late September after a 3 day stay last fall. This is a very nice base for exploring the beauty all around Kanab. Property owners were very responsive to the few issues we found. Our dog very much enjoyed the fenced yard. We were able to stream movies and watch football on the Amazon FireStick TV. Big walk-in closet was perfect for both luggage storage and late-night computer work since it has an outlet. House is perfect for a couple plus pet. Hope to be back soon!

We really enjoyed this little home. It was perfect for 4 adults and our little labrador Ruby. It felt like home after our adventures every day, cosy, comfy, easy to cook for ourselves, and lovely and clean. Beautiful fluffy towels were much appreciated. Thanks for a great stay!

My friends and I stayed here for a race weekend. We mostly needed and cold dark place to rest and it was perfect. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable for 4 adults.

This is a great property for two couples or a small family who want to visit the local National Parks. The host thought of everything and provided it in this cozy rental. I would highly recommend this property.

What a lovely little retreat!!! We spent four nights at Michelle’s rental home while we explored and hiked in the area. What a wonderful home and a great host! The decor is lovely, the furniture and beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The house was absolutely spotless and well cared for. We would be delighted to stay their again.

We loved our stay at the Copper Top house - nice quiet neighborhood and house had everything that we needed. Nice neighbors also. Do bring your own shampoo and stuff for the shower, but more than one could need or expect in the kitchen. Michelle was a great host and very quick with communications!
