The property and the house was nice. The driveway was steep but we could fit everyone's truck and boat. Lots of beds, but they were hard. We did have to look for flat sheets and found them in the dryer. Make sure you plan time to take the garbage to the transfer station and be ready to pay for it. The host responded quickly when I had a question. They did have several games and the fire pit was nice to have.

It’s a very beautiful large property roomie. However, the appliances definitely need to be updated. Took me over an hour to bake a cake and the toaster only works on one side, but other than that it was beautiful.

Very nice house. Each room has individual ac units. Kitchen and living room layout are perfect for large family. Owner was super responsive during booking process.

Very spacious and great location but the sheets and blankets were not on the beds we had to go find them. The grill was never cleaned after the last person. There was bugs all over the inside of the house. Black mold in the window seal. The dish washer was full and never put away. The washer had wet stuff in it when we got there. The house is beautiful but definitely needs a good cleaning. Check out online states check the paper out but when we were in process of getting trucks packed we were getting yelled at by a lady because we apparently suppose to be out by 10 but the paper said noon.

"Greatest place to stay on the Island, driveway across from library, easy parking for 3 large boats. Would stay here every time if available. "
