Tahoe City Meadowfront Townhouse ~ Family Getaway!
La nostra deliziosa casa a schiera è un'incredibile casa a due piani con 3 camere da letto, 2 1/2 bagni situata su un grande prato a cielo aperto vicino a Tahoe City, a pochi passi attraverso i boschi fino alle spiagge sabbiose del Lago Tahoe. Il complesso Lake Forest Glen comprende 2 piscine, 4 campi da tennis e una vasca idromassaggio e una sauna rinnovate di recente. I giardini sono incredibilmente belli con molti pini, pioppi e fiori annuali. Siamo proprio accanto alla pista ciclabile che ti porta a Tahoe City e lungo la West Shore o lungo il fiume Truckee. Siamo vicini allo sci a Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley e Homewood; pattinaggio su ghiaccio a Squaw Valley e tante opportunità per lo sci di fondo, racchette da neve, slitte e battaglie con le palle di neve!

La nostra è un'unità terminale a due piani con molta luce e privacy! La master suite ha il proprio bagno, cabina armadio e si affaccia sul prato. I nostri arredi sono confortevoli e rappresentano il vero ambiente montano che desideri per la tua casa lontano da casa! Ci sono pavimenti e finiture in pino, un camino in pietra, una cucina recentemente rifatta con ripiani in granito, armadi in noce e tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici (fornello a gas, frigorifero inossidabile con frigorifero e acqua in porta, lavastoviglie, smaltimento, ecc.) Completamente separati lavanderia ... tutte con vista sul favoloso panorama!
Abbiamo una TV HD a schermo piatto, un lettore DVD, Internet wireless ad alta velocità e un ottimo stereo. Il nostro ponte si affaccia sul prato e ha un tavolo e sedie in vimini per tutte le stagioni e un barbecue a propano. Il ponte è esposto a sud e ovest, quindi è ottimo per prendere il sole, intrattenere e guardare grandi tramonti. Abbiamo un armadio per gli sci chiudibile a chiave per tutte le tue attrezzature appena fuori dall'entrata anteriore per facilitare l'accesso da e verso le piste!
Questo è il luogo perfetto per te e la tua famiglia per godervi una vacanza facile e conveniente; tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per divertirti e rilassarti è proprio qui!

This property has a hot tub and sauna available throughout the winter, plus two pools available in the summer. We have stayed here twice and enjoy the amenities.This specific unit has the best location with a deck that gets afternoon sun and overlooks the meadow. From the deck, we've seen bears and heard coyotes. If you have small kids, there is also a fairly safe blacktop area just below the deck where they can ride bikes and scooters.

Great location close enough for a short drive to ski and to dining options. There is space for 2 cars to park in front of the house and a short walk to the hot tub (not private, shared). The townhouse itself is super well maintained with all kitchen necessities, great Wi-FI, spacious rooms. Our family of 4 felt very comfortable staying there. We also liked that you can walk straight into a huge open space from the backyard which when we stayed was covered with snow and the kids had a lot of fun with snowball fights and building a snowman. Would definitely recommend.

Our family of 6 had a great stay a few days after Christmas. The townhouse is well appointed with everything you need and more. My older kids loved all the bear decor and got a kick out the bear claw oven mitts. We utilized the community hot tub which was great after a long day on the slopes. The unit is located minutes from downtown Tahoe City and is close to several ski resorts. We chose this place because we planned to ski Palisades, but with the limited snowpack we opted for Sugar Bowl and Mt. Rose which were a little further drive but worth it. If you’re looking for a great place to stay within a 45 minute drive of Palisades, Homewood, Northstar, Sugar Bowl, and Mt. Rose this is the place.

This property has an ideal location for the entire Lake Tahoe region. It is conveniently located to MANY great hikes, destination spots, sandy beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc. The townhouse community has a nice pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts, etc. Convenient grocery shopping at Safeway in Tahoe City. Lots of wildlife in the meadow... coyotes, foxes, ground squirrels, blue jays, and BEARS! Very exciting to see the bears (although they ultimately were headed to try to get a snack from the dumpsters).
Whiile we were very pleased with the location, the property desparately needs a thorough deep cleaning and we were very disappointed in that regard. Hasn't seen fresh paint in 20 years. Carpeting is beyond filthy and needs replacement. Cobwebs on sad old draperies. Dryer vent was clogged and prevented proper/safe usage. Kitchen amenities were very good except for kitchen sink faucet (no water pressure). The hallway shower faucet did not function properly. The shower in the master bedroom was way too small and so dirty we did not want to use it. It got hot during our stay, July 20 - 27, and there are no box fans or ceiling fans. Fortunately, overnight temperatures got into the 50's, so sleeping with the windows open made it tolerable.
Nearby Sugar Pine Bakery was outstanding. Za's Restaurant very good. Tahoe City Brewing Co. Restaurant very good. Rosie's Cafe excellent.
