Tutti i lussi di un hotel boutique attendono: vasca per i piedi con artigli, doccia piastrellata, nuovi letti in memory foam, lenzuola pregiate e un divano American Leather Comfort Sleeper nel soggiorno. C'è un letto king size nella camera matrimoniale e una regina nella seconda camera. Quindi il divano Queen Sleeper e un bel futon full size nel soggiorno. Quattro letti in totale.
La cucina è completa di veri coltelli, fornello a gas, frigorifero di dimensioni standard, isola e tutti i piatti e le pentole che potresti desiderare. L'open space si presta alle riunioni di famiglia. C'è aria condizionata in estate e un bellissimo camino a gas in inverno.
Il cortile è completamente paesaggistico con un bel prato fresco su cui giocare e una veranda coperta con mobili. Il portico è nuovo e con la struttura a travi e sotto un tetto di metallo arrugginito è super elegante. Essere sul lato nord della casa in estate è un ottimo posto per mangiare all'aperto.

The home had everything we needed and we were very comfortable during our stay. The beds were comfortable with very nice linens. The shower took some adjusting to as to how to work it. Our dog could easily open the barn door to the bathroom so we had to watch that😁. She loved the easy access to the side yard. The only thing I would suggest is putting blinds in the bedrooms instead of just the curtains, makes sleeping in a little easier while on vacation without the morning light streaming in and would also provide better privacy. Otherwise great home with easy access to the heart of Durango!!! Thank you!!

I stayed with my family. My kids loved the space in the yard to play. The place is nice and setup well. It also has an EV charger which is cool even though I don't drive one.

Exactly as advertised. Huge yard for the dog. Friendly neighbors. Very responsive property managers. We will definitely use this property again for future visits!

House is very nice, the remodel was well done and everything was very comfortable. The dogs loved the fenced in yard to explore and get some exercise in. Only issue was for us it was a little too far to walk to downtown, but not a big issue. In all I recommend this to anyone visiting Durango.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Traveling with two dogs we were glad to find a quiet location with a secure fenced in yard. Great location close to downtown and walkable to a great local (dog friendly)brewery, Anarchy Brewing. Everything we needed was available (towels, dishes) and the furnishings and beds were very comfortable! Look forward to staying again the next time we are in town!

I have a high maintenance family with a paralyzed husband and a dog who has just had ACL surgery. The host was so accommodating and let us check in early and stay a little bit later due to the circumstances of a trip. The communication was excellent! I have actually stayed at her places before, and will be back.

Loved the towels, excellent heater & cozy, and place was much bigger than the pictures! Our dogs loved the huge yard and the walking path that is two properties away on the left side with a creek. Would definitely stay here again. Thought the place was very fancy and had laundry and full kitchen. I even went to Natural Grocers to get the same Alpine Provisions Shampoo & Showerl Gel that they had in the bathroom! Comfortable beds. There was even ice cream left in the freezer to eat.

The wild horse guest house worked out nicely for us. My only comments, I would have liked space to put my toiletries in the bathroom. It’s cute but has very little counter space and the cabinet is already full.
There was nowhere to put clothes in a dresser or shelves in the bedrooms. . Even the closets were full of linens and storage.
These are small things but they would make my stay even better.

Our stay here was great! We came with our dogs and it was the perfect fit for them and us. The backyard is huge! The front patio is adorable and had it been warmer, we would’ve spent time out there. The king bed was super comfy and we also loved the little stove fireplace. We used to live in durango and will hopefully be back often to visit and will book again! Thanks so much!

Perfect for us
The house was exactly what we were looking for: casual, comfortable and close to Main Street. It had everything we needed with space to spread out. Highway access to our hikes was quick and easy. The only caution is that the Master Bedroom stays a bit warm. Also, the yard could use some. But we loved our stay.

A Great Location for Downtown Fun!
We loved our stay in Durango. This location is a good proximity to downtown. The inside was clean, comfortable, and cozy. It had everything we needed, including a window unit to keep cool on a warm day. As others have mentioned, the yard is a bit overgrown & could use some weeding. It wasn’t a huge deal for me, but I did have to keep an eye on my dog because he has fairly significant environmental allergies. I did reach out to the owners, twice, to see if they had an extra night available- and didn’t get a response. I’m sure they were booked, but did wish we had received a response back. Otherwise- a great stay, a great house, and a wonderful location!

For someone who uses a cane and is a bit wobbly….I should have told the owner. Tub and shower I could not use. No grab bars. Driveway is gravel so just walk careful if u are elderly. Otherwise it was a lovely spot and close to town.

Stayed here for proximity to FLC & town. The neighborhood is safe, but mostly run down properties and appartments. Street parking is good, the long driveway was great for parking our RV. The fenced yard was going to be great for our 2yr old Lab, but it was full of weeds and found lots of dog poop there when we arrived that I cleaned up before letting my dog back there! Told the owner & she apologized and said she was coming out the next day to mow the yard for us - she never did. It was very warm (85f) and only window screens on the 2 bedroom windows & 1 tiny bath window! There's a tiny fan that we ran all day and a larger broken fan we tried to used but couldn't as it was broken with the blades bent sounding like banging pots & pans! There were bugs on all of the window sils (dead & alive) that hadn't been cleaned in a while ( 100's of them) along with lots of dust from the yard....so more house cleaning before settling in. Location & price good,

We loved our stay at "Wild Horse House". The house was comfortable, clean, convenient, quiet and remarkably well-stocked. The owners were available and responded promptly to our one concern while we were there. We enjoyed all of our dinners "at home" and had everything necessary to create a dinner and eat at the beautiful round dining room table. The location of the house is very convenient to downtown Durango which was delightful with various shops, cafes, bakeries, and lots of "street life" on weekend evenings. Watching the curtains softly blowing in the mountain breeze while napping in our lovely bedroom at "Wild Horse House" is a memory I will always treasure. This is a gem and a wonderful base for exploring all that Durango has to offer.
p.s. our two little dogs also loved the property and it was well set up with yard space and an easy disposal pail for dog waste.

Was nice, clean house with comfy king bed! Location was superb! The yard was large enough for our two Dobermans but was disappointed in the yard upkeep (needed mowed and dog poop picked up from prior guests). There was an EV charger that could have charged my Tesla which we would have driven had we known one was available at the house. Owner should advertise that benefit more! Maybe next time we will bring SparkE instead of the Subaru!
