Appartamento da 2 camere da letto recentemente rinnovato, situato nel cuore di Mammoth e sulla rotta della navetta. Amerai il nuovo arredamento di montagna moderno in tutto! Sembra di stare al Four Seasons quando entri! Il proprietario ha pensato a tutto per rendere il vostro soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. Le spaziose camere da letto offrono letti nuovi e biancheria da letto con un sacco di spazio per dormire e una grande sala a castello per i bambini (o per bambini adulti). La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare i pasti a casa con una sala da pranzo che può ospitare comodamente 6 persone. TV a schermo piatto in ogni stanza, bagni nuovi di zecca, WIFI, sistema di gioco per bambini e camino a legna rendono questo il luogo perfetto per riposare i piedi dopo una lunga giornata di sci. Il complesso offre una divertente sala giochi con tavoli da biliardo e ping pong. Un'enorme vasca idromassaggio e una piscina estiva e un campo da tennis. Ci sono servizi di lavanderia nell'area comune dalla sala giochi per gli ospiti pure. Amerai questo condominio così tanto che sappiamo che tornerai presto!

Overall, the condo is very nice, modern, well equipped. The property manager did a really great job in providing instructions and descriptions everywhere, which made the move in very convenient. The condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked, in general we felt comfortable inside. The bedrooms were facing a quiet area so there was no outside noise at night.Minor issues:* Some dishes were not washed well, we had to start the dishwasher immediately after arrival.* Some of the pots look old* The microwave had a hole inside, so the air suction for stove was blowing the air back to the kitchen.* The water from the faucet at the main bedroom had mostly cold water. The water had to run over a minute to warm up to lukewarm.* The ceiling is very thin: there was a family with three young kids above us and we heard their every step. It was quite loud until they went to bed.

very nice although, one of the more expensive places in mammoth. on the negative side, rooms are too crowded with excessive & unnecessary furniture so ends up feeling smaller than it is, fans are set at high speed and don't change. i asked the prop manager how to change it, if there was a remote etc. they never got back to me thus the 1 star rating on communication.

We have stayed at Sunshine Village at least 10 times in past years. It has been sixteen yrs since we last stayed there. This is the 1st time we had people above us so noisy everyday. There was no closet space in this unit. Fan in master was only set at high speed. No instructions how to lower it. Sheets on master bed did not fit properly & had bleach spots on them. We were disappointed that the tennis courts were not available. We do like the location of the condos.
