Location of the property, enough parking space, decent Pool.

The rooms are not at all as it is shown in the pictures. The facilities are not as mentioned in the description. The cleanliness was not up to the mark. The locks of the rooms and bathroom were broken, only the main door's lock was functioning. The Door-Lock-Camera System was not functioning. AC was leaking water. The concerned manager only got the AC fixed; assured us of getting other things fixed immediately but didn't get it done throughout our stay of 4 days. As mentioned, the utensils in the kitchen were not available and we had to ask for them a lot of times before we got them. The Sofa bed was partially broken and the mattress on it was not at all comfortable for sleeping. My suggestion to whosoever decide to book this property is that first check the rooms, and facilities and then pay the remaining amount which you are supposed to on reaching the property as the manager there would ask you to pay the remaining amount first and then check-in.

There were so many restrictions. They don't allow you to play in pool unless you have nylon clothes. They didn't even mention this in the details. They are suckers. Pathetic losers. We have given money and are staying, no value to that. They treat as is we are staying for free. chu..yas.

It was pathetic ! As I reached the room I selected was not given and secondly instantly they took all the money ! Won’t recommend to anyone! Staff was rude and pathetic! No basic amenities were provided despite paying 2500 for a day!

Nothing I liked ! No lights ! No power back up! All the tiles in the property were broken ! No hygiene! The staff was not changing the bed sheets ! Not changing the towels ! No soaps, no water was provided ! Swimming pool tiles were wobbling ! The staff was Lying about everything! No proper parking space was provided ! They collected the balance amount immediately after check in and were threatening that they will throw us out if I don’t pay them ! The manager did not have any matters to talk with women ! All the staff was illiterate and cheap ! There was no one at the security desk and secondly no reception to call and address the issues !
