HOLM Boutique & SPA - IK Collection

We had a fabulous stay at Holm boutique - the staff were so friendly and had our family room ready before check in which was much appreciated travelling with a toddler! The outdoor and indoor pools were spotless and the spa facilities were fantastic - even better than the pictures! Breakfast was great - varied and fresh every day. Thanks so much for a brilliant stay

It may have been useful to have more hooks in the bathroom for drying swimwear/towels but this was a minor thing.

Good location, close to the centre of interests, quiet close street. Staff is friendly, professional and attentive, thank you! Breakfast is good, wide choice, good quality. Coffee machine in each room and another one at reception available 24/7. Iron and iron board in rooms, good air conditioning. Comfortable beds. Good parking underground.

Very poor sound insulation in rooms - you can hear every step from the corridor. If someone knocks on the door next to you it sounds like knocking your own door - I even jumped to open mine. The conversation in the room next to mine (1111) - I heard every word like it was in my bathroom and the door was opened. I was thinking to ask the reception to change my room but it was too late at night. Weird red design of rooms, weird "bottoms" chairs at breakfast. Useless designer cutlery, especially round spoons which are funny looking, but not practical to eat. Bed linen could have been better for the level of the hotel. Weird air freshener at the reception - my friend had allergic reaction.
