The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, and also adorable. Because it was very quiet, there wasn't a lot of other staff besides the owner. One day when we returned mid-afternoon, she was mopping and had a CD of English lessons playing! Her English is serviceable if limited, and it's just wonderful that she cares enough to be spending her time learning more English to help her communicate with foreign guests. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, everything was very clean and breakfast was spectacular. It was a bit off the beaten path, but in a way we really liked. Breakfast was delicious and made right there fresh for us, with coffee (regular black coffee from a standard coffee maker) available upon request. One afternoon we happened to stop back by the room, we were also offered afternoon tea and some cakes. It was delicious, and the cakes were made there by the owner!

I felt like the listing did not make it clear that this was a homestay, though that may have been my missing or more of a Booking.com issue. The only think I really didn't like is that we did not get a front door key. It was really quiet and the owner was always available and quick to open the door, but it still wasn't a situation I felt entirely comfortable with.

Very nice and clean accommodation! Would always come here again. The hosts are super nice and helpful. They picked us up at the Hengchun Bus station and dropped us off there as well. Breakfast was very good. Very close to the beautiful Baisha beach. All in all we were more than happy with our reservation.

Full Moon Resort is close to Baisha beach. The room was very comfortable. It is not easy getting a taxi into Kenting, but the owner gave us a ride into town. So nice!

Being close to the beach was great, but there are not any restaurants within walking distance. It is not easy getting a taxi.

Owner very friendly and helpful.The property is out of the hussle and bussle, very quite and peaceful.
