The place was great to accommodate all 12 of us. Nice big kitchen and enough seating for everyone. The location was great from Showdown. I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and there are3 Things I have yet to be able to say....1. "This place is immaculate!" It was clean but I do not think anyone had stayed there for a bit because there were dead flies on the floors throughout the house.2. "That was the best nights sleep!" All of the adults had a tough time sleeping as the beds were all very hard, old or cheap feeling. Lots of springs in the back.3. "That shower was amazing!" If you are taller than 5'5" the shower will hit you at the chest. Both bathrooms were nice but the shower heads left a lot to be desired, drained slow and hissed at a screaming pitch.Overall, a few minor updates to the beds and shower and this place would be a paradise.
