Questo favoloso condominio al 2 ° piano, ha una vista al 3 ° piano! Direttamente affacciato sul bellissimo oceano blu smeraldo e sulle spiagge di sabbia bianca candida dell'isola di Okaloosa. Ci sono due piscine sulla spiaggia, campi da tennis, una zona barbecue e una palestra. Le due camere da letto e due bagni sono presentati con mobili e biancheria da letto dai colori vivaci. Inclusa anche la connessione internet wireless gratuita per l'utilizzo del computer mentre ci si rilassa sul balcone di grandi dimensioni a guardare i delfini nuotare. Non è necessario portare sedie per la spiaggia poiché il servizio spiaggia è incluso nel noleggio.
Questa unità si trova a pochi passi lungo la spiaggia dal molo e dal lungomare di pesca dell'isola di Okaloosa, con una grande varietà di ristoranti all'aperto, ristoranti e musica raffinati. I centri commerciali Destin e outlet sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti in auto, così come parchi acquatici, film e mini golf.

Beautiful beach view, with no obstructions, we even saw dolphins swim as we were enjoying the balcony! Extremely easy access to both beach and pool. Close to several restaurants and activities. Plenty of space for our group of 5. We will be back again!

Overall, we were pleased with our stay at Gulf Dunes. We were pleased to find upgraded appliances and living room furniture which made the stay more comfortable. The view from the moment you open the front door is stunning! We enjoyed the access to the large deck from both the living room and the master bedroom. However, the cabinets throughout the unit are in need of replacement. Peeling paint and water damage are apparent in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The master bedroom furniture is also showing much wear and needs to be replaced. It seemed that the owner is trying to make upgrades because some things were updated while others were not. Be aware that the pool area was still used past 10 p.m. which was the indicated closing time. It was VERY noisy on the weekends (past 1 a.m.) which was frustrating for those who wanted to sleep. The condo unit was clean but their could be improved cleanliness of the property (i.e. peanut butter smeared on sidewalk, smelly elevators, trash/food on sidewalks, etc.)
