Posizione - L'appartamento si trova nella parte storica dell'area dell'Eixample, a breve distanza ea metà strada dal tempio della Sagrada Familia e dallo shopping Passeig de Gracia.
Trasporti - Vicino alla stazione della metropolitana Verdaguer (sulle linee gialle e blu) e diverse linee di autobus. Molto facile da raggiungere in taxi.
Gestione - Siamo una piccola azienda familiare. Lauren è di Dallas, in Texas, e Fernando di Barcellona, in Spagna. Attualmente gestiamo 20 appartamenti per vacanze a Barcellona, 2 case arredate a Dallas e 7 appartamenti per vacanze a Istanbul. Applichiamo i nostri stessi standard elevati in ogni paese.
Livelli di rumore - Le finestre delle facciate hanno doppi vetri, ma ci può essere un po 'di strada (traffico) in due camere da letto. Le altre tre camere sono molto silenziose.
Occupazione: l'appartamento è ideale per 5 persone. Può ospitare fino a 7 ma solo se 1 di loro è bambino.
Check-in e check-out: l'appartamento sarà pronto per voi alle 16:00 (16:00) per l'occupazione. Puoi lasciare i bagagli e ottenere le chiavi dalle 12:00 (mezzogiorno). Well-situated apartment with high ceilings, beautiful original floor tiles, good sized rooms. Gives you a good sense of what it’s like to live in a neighborhood as opposed to just a tourist - easy proximity to markets, bus lines, restaurants. Responsive hosts. Was perfect for our multigenerational stay!

Perfect location- the only difficulty we had was: we arrived on a Sunday & early. We appreciated the hospitality and the ability to get our luggage in the apartment before we checked in.
Would suggest letting people know where/when to put garbage out.

The hosts were responsive and enthusiastic. The apartment was spacious and clean in a great location. The air conditioning was also well-appreciated during the August heat wave.

We had a wonderful time! The property was perfect for our needs. We will definitely come back. The hosts were very good with directions and communicating.

This apartment is big and spacious and is located very close to many restaurants and walking distance to Sagrada familia. The kitchen is, though small, but clean and have everything needed for making breakfast at home. We did miss a kitchen towel for drying the dishes that we didn't put in the machine, but that's just a small thing we noticed was missing.
Two of the bedrooms are located out the street, and some nights it was a little noices from the bars downstairs.
Other than that we noticed the hair dryer didn't have any heat, so it was cold air.
Over all a nice stay, easy check in and check out procedure and we enjoyed the stay very much.

Couldn’t have had a better time in Barcelona. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for all 7 of our guests. Our hosts were very accommodating and great communicators. It’s in a great location. One block from a metro station, walking distance from most of the biggest tourist spots in the city if that’s your thing, and a great selection of local restaurants and cafes too. Couldn’t recommend more

We were in Spain so my daughter could play Futsal with the USA team. She stayed in a hostel about 10 minutes away from the property. We enjoyed the location, the restaurants, the shopping, and the cafes around the property. Lauren, the owner, was very responsive to our emails. We inquired about the hot water which was posted in another review. After emailing her, we resolved the issue immediately. We enjoyed hot showers after a long day of exploring the city and watching some good Futsal matches. The terrace access is amazing! We plan on visiting Barcelona in the near future and we will be looking to rent again!

Bucket List Vacation
We had an amazing experience in Barcelona. The property is convenient to the metro, access to plenty of taxi’s, and public transportation. We were in Spain so my daughter could play Futsal with the USA team. She stayed in a hostel about 10 minutes away from the property. We enjoyed the location, the restaurants, the shopping, and the cafes around the property. Lauren, the owner, was very responsive to our emails. We inquired about the hot water which was posted in another review. After emailing her, we resolved the issue immediately. We enjoyed hot showers after a long day of exploring the city and watching some good Futsal matches. The terrace access is amazing! We plan on visiting Barcelona in the near future and we will be looking to rent again!

Early September stay with kids
This was a great property - centrally located and with lots of conveniences around. Property management was very quick to respond when we had any issues. I should add both issues were our own ignorance more than anything.
I also noticed many people had commented on the noise factor, we went prepared with a sound machine as we travelled with our 6 month old, we did not end up using it even once.

Large family friendly with lots of charm
This was a very nice place. Very clean with great furnishings. It is very roomy. We enjoyed how close it was to everything. Check in was very easy with the code entry. I wish every property had this. The kitchen was well equipped. I will say that the pictures don’t depict the age of the property. The furnishings are very modern, but it is an older apartment. This was fine with me as I love the charm. I was greeted each day by what appeared to be baby silver fish and when it rained hard the kitchen had a leak. These were minor issues, but I wanted to be honest. I will agree with another review that the noise at night was unbearable. I have to mention this because of the emphasis that was put on renters not making noise during certain hours, even saying the police would be called. We really did not sleep much at night due to the noise in the building. All and all this was a good stay. Like I said before, the apartment was clean, which was most important to me. It was also in a good area where we felt safe.

We had a great stay at this apartment. There was tons of space for us (4 adults, 2 kids) to spread out. The location was awesome - close to 2 subway stops and within walking distance of MANY great activities. The owners were super responsive and had some great restaurant suggestions both in the neighborhood and around town. Loved the 2 little balconies and they made everything easy.

We had a great stay at this apartment. There was tons of space for us (4 adults, 2 kids) to spread out. The location was awesome - close to 2 subway stops and within walking distance of MANY great activities. Mais surtout, le tout est un peu défraîchi. Les salles de bain ont vieilli. La peinture a besoin d'être refaite. Les divans et les tapis sont tachés.

As an American family living in Europe with 2 small children and a 3rd on the way, we often stay in VRBO’s when we travel. I was a bit skeptical about this rental because I could not find many reviews. While this rental had some pros, it had many more cons. Unfortunately, we would not stay in this unit again.
Pros:
This unit was actually a 4 bedroom, not a 3 as advertised which worked out well for the 2 families staying.
Spacious-nice living/eating area with extra sitting space.

Overall, it did not seem very clean. There was a huge brown stain on the wall as you enter the hallway. Not pleasant to a client.
They make a point to tell you about the noise violation yet every night we heard people talking, walking, dogs barking etc. We could easily oblige as we have small children but you are warned to not make noise between 10pm-8am yet others do.
Don’t expect good internet. You needed to try a new connection in each room you were in.
Bathrooms: We realize this is an older building but things just need to be upgraded.
Hot water runs out quickly.
We what’s-ap'd the owners and e-mailed on the second day there to come and fix the shower wand. The attachment that holds it to the wall was broken so you were left with a shower wand you had to hold in order to rinse yourself. Not easy for a 7+ month pregnant lady. They did not respond until day 5 and never fixed the issue.
Some shelves would be helpful to put your toothbrush/hair brush etc.
Add a trash can to the smaller bathroom!
Kitchen:
Just outdated and cheap supplies/appliances etc. When you turned the faucet on the water would come splashing out all over the place and make a loud noise.
The dishwasher top rack was broken and would fall so we could not place any dishes on it.
Overall just not satisfied with this rental.

We were a group of 6 and had so much room to sleep, eat, and enjoy each others company. The property owners were very helpful at check in, and were able to help us with all our questions. Taxis in Barcelona are very affordable with 4 of us splitting 10 euros or less for most trips.
Also, the people who run the Negre apartments live right there and know the best restaurants, including our new favorite A' Gianni a little Italian pizza place just a few doors away. We would highly recommend this property to our closest friends.

The Grand Apartment Calle Valencia, Barcelona
The Grand Apartment in Barcelona is very spacious, clean, characteristic, quiet, and well-located. We are a family of 6, and had two extra bedrooms that we did not use. We stayed 8 nights. You can easily walk to La Sagrada Familia (10 minutes), and even to Las Ramblas (30 min), the beaches (40 min), and the gothic district (20 min). Regardless of where you go, there are beautiful buildings, great pedestrian walkways, and pleasant breezes. Taxi's are plentiful, and cost 4 to 7 euros to most anywhere. The city tour bus is well recommended. Marcela is a wonderful host, and is very helpful. You will definitely enjoy your stay in this wonderful apartment, and beautiful city.
