The house was as listed. Great location across a canal. We found the house very clean. Beds were high quality especially the master bed. Balcony that overlooks the canal is the best spot in the house. We just loved it and spent a large part of our house time here. Kitchen equipments were new and very good. Joy, the owner is very nice and has been easy to reach out to. There have been couple issues during our stay but she promptly addressed them. We had planned for a boat trip on the day of departure (ultimately that got canceled due to a marine advisory!) and hence needed to stay in the property a little longer. When I reached out, Joy accommodated a late check out which helped us a lot. Highly recommend this nice property for a memorable trip to Key Largo.

Great access to the bays. Boating in this area was very accessible. Lots of wild life in area.

The kitchen was well furnished. Joy was very responsive when we had questions. We loved watching for manatees in the canal, eating fresh fish at local places, going to the parks for walks, watching sunsets and the warm weather.
