Bobs Lake 3 bedroom Cottage
Cottage di nuova costruzione e completamente arredato 3 camere da letto (2013) in affitto. Due letti queen size, un letto a castello con due letti a castello e un divano a L con materasso a due piazze. Massimo 7 persone.
La grande sala offre viste panoramiche sul lago, dalle finestre dal pavimento al soffitto evidenziano il soffitto di pino della cattedrale. Camino elettrico e monitor da 42 ”a parete completano la stanza.
Rivolto a sud-ovest sul bellissimo lago Bobs, il cottage riceve molta luce naturale per prendere il sole e rilassarsi al tramonto.
Ponte in cedro completamente arredato con barbecue a propano, frigorifero per bevande, due fuochi all'aperto (legno fornito) tavolo da picnic sul lago e sedie Muskoka / Adirondack contribuiscono a creare un'atmosfera.
Bobs Lake è famoso per le sue numerose baie, isole e laghi di collegamento, ed è rinomato a livello internazionale per offrire alcuni dei "più grandi pescatori del mondo".
All'interno di una cucina moderna ben attrezzata con: angolo colazione, fornello elettrico, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè e tostapane offrono servizi completi con bagno moderno e ampia doccia.
Dopo aver gustato il caffè mattutino a bordo lago e il falò serale sotto le stelle, saprai di essere arrivato in campagna.

Disponibile in affitto a giugno e luglio.

Beautiful property, quiet and peaceful. Just what I was looking for. Ian was wonderful to deal with. Well organized instructions throughtout the cottage was very helpful with assisting us in our new environment. I would absolutely enjoy staying here again.

Beautiful accommodations on a cove in Mud Bay, on Bob's Lake. Very modern cottage with all the amenities we needed. Plenty of seating inside and out. Had no problem getting to the property. We've been coming to Bob's Lake for over 40 years, and this was the nicest cottage we've stayed. InsideLovely full window views of the back yard/lake. Large TV with good, stable internet. Never had any outage and never had buffering/tiling. Comfortable Living room, dining table and kitchen was well equipped with all appliances we needed. Small portable A/C unit worked for us, though we only used it a couple hours in the week, as the outside temp never went above 77F/25C. Excellent window screens and we kept cool mostly with airflow from the screened doors/windows.Bedrooms and bath were clean and fresh. Shower was clean and had ample water pressure.Outstanding lighting options inside and out.OutsidePlenty of areas to sit/relax. Although we did not use, plenty of firewood stocked on site, and firepit. Also a small hot tub (we did not use). Canoe/kayaks available, as well. Dock was well protected with boat bumpers. A nice, new wrap around deck, with lots of seating, and an outside dining table. Deck was so new and sealed that we could use the squeegee there to dry it off.Easy to get to either Sharbot lake or Westport for supplies. Excellent communication from the host, and were very responsive. Would not hesitate to come back to this cottage again. Gas grill.

We loved everything about the cottage. The gardens were lovely, the TV got all the Blue Jay games, the fire pit was great, the beds were comfy, - the hot tub was perfect, the lake was quiet, minimal crazy boats, we saw lots of wildlife while kayaking. Beaver, deer, mink, heron, sparely, muscat and four lions. Can we book now for next year?Peggy Bennwtt

The cottage was spotless, well equipped...love the cathedral ceiling and picture windows from which we could enjoy that spectacular view of the lake. The deck and many sitting areas were great for relaxing while again taking in the view. We appreciated the peace and quiet, also the privacy. We enjoyed exploring the lake by kayak and our motor boat...the lake is huge, goes on for miles with many inlets and islands. Stopped for an occasional swim along the way. Enjoyed evenings around the campfire and playing cards. Visited Shabot Lake, had a nice dinner at The Maples restaurant. We had a wonderful week, Thank you Ian for making the process of renting so simple and for sharing such a lovely place with us. Ruth and Kevin
