Può ospitare 2 in più sul divano letto nel soggiorno. Il resort offre una piscina all'aperto con piscina interna riscaldata con idromassaggio, parco giochi per bambini, centro fitness con TV a schermo piatto, campi da tennis, campo da pallavolo sulla sabbia, club house con sala giochi e molto altro. Sono disponibili griglie esterne e aree picnic. Lenzuola, asciugamani e teli mare forniti. Nuovissima lavastoviglie e servizi igienici di altezza comfort in entrambi i bagni. Un ristorante e una gelateria sono adiacenti al resort (un minuto a piedi). 1 miglio dalla bellissima Goose Rocks Beach. I pass per il parcheggio sono disponibili presso il General Store (un miglio dal condominio, di fronte alla spiaggia). 10 minuti da Dock Square, negozi e molti ottimi ristoranti. NON FUMATORI e NO ANIMALI per favore. Questo condominio è in ottime condizioni e ben arredato. Ottimo posto per una vacanza in famiglia!

Summer vacations with friends. Perfect location close to everything. Small condo but with all you News. Ok for 4 when you spend most of the time outside. We would recommand more confortable beds for the second bedroom especially if you are 4 adults.

Thank you so much Cheryl for sharing your fantastic condo with us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your homey, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated condo. We so appreciated the linens, towels, beach chairs and umbrella provided. Our teenage son loved hanging at the clubhouse with his friends in the evening, especially rainy evenings. Having fracture my ankle before the vacation, I particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool where I could be mobile and do some aqua therapy! We met many friendly families during our stay. We will be back for sure!

The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything needed for the week. We appreciated having towels and linens there. The owner was very communicative and responsive to any questions. We enjoyed our week and would definitely stay there again!

It was a great place to stay, very clean and quiet. My husband and I used the indoor swimming pool and hot tub quite a bit and it was very nice. We drove into Kennebunkport which is quaint, and down to Goose Rocks Beach and walked the beach. I would certainly recommend this condo.

The Condo was nice, and the pool was a plus.This place was ten times better than the place -Vrbo put us with last year. Which was a below all expectations, would never go back there. This was just great, and Cheryl was extremely helpful. That is why were returning next year.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The resort had fun things to do on our one rainy day, and it’s very close to Goose Rocks beach and a 10 minute drive to Dock Square.

Perfect family condo!
We had a wonderful vacation at Cheryl’s condo! The condo has everything a family could need from comfy beds to beach toys — we really enjoyed our stay! Everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. We used the sheets, towels, and beach towels, which made packing for the trip so much easier. We’ll definitely come back next year!

Wonderful place!
We had a lovely stay at Cheryl’s condo. It had everything we needed to cook some, very comfortable furniture and extremely clean and tidy. We loved the location with good proximity to Goose Rocks beach(the best beach I’ve been to in Maine!) and town is not far away. Will definitely be returning next year!

Goose Rocks Beach is beautiful!
Cheryl was a lovely host. Answered all my questions promptly. Property was clean and well stocked. Pool is nice. Goose Rocks Beach is lovely. The condo is really just a bit too far from the beach to walk...and the road has swift moving traffic so you really do need to drive to the beach. The hassle of packing the car to get there was worth it as the beach is fabulous.

Perfect family retreat!
Fantastic unit in family friendly resort. Enough space for our family of four, sparkling clean, fully appointed kitchen, and all the amenities that we could wish for! We spent loads of time using the indoor and outdoor pools when not at the beach, which is just a short drive away. Very responsive and helpful condo owner was available throughout our stay by email to answer any questions that came up. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!!

Maine get away
This was the perfect condo! I t was well stocked with everything we needed. There were beach chairs, umbrella, "beach toys" and more. Also, the clubhouse was a nice benefit. Plenty of fun things to do for our teens. It is conveniently located to town. The owner couldn't have been nicer. She kept us well informed of the process, left suggestions for restaurants ,was easy to communicate with.
We would definitely stay there again, if we travel back to the area. Thank you Cheryl !

Perfect location and quaint, nice place to stay. Perfect for my morning runs and great location for the teens and plenty for them to do. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable!

Wonderful!!
We could not have asked for a nicer condo! It was so comfortable and nicely decorated! Everything you need is provided. It was off season so not many people around making for a quiet location. During the summer this would be a perfect place to relax and visit the close by Goose Rocks Beach!

Clean and Cozy Condo
Cheryl's condo is exactly what is promised in the listing. What you can't tell is that when you arrive you'll notice it is über clean, which I appreciated since our son is crawling.
Cheryl was responsive to my questions during booking and leading up to my stay. When we encountered a problem with an appliance during our stay, she had the situation dealt with quickly and in a way that didn't inconvenience us.

Clean, spacious & very comfortable!!!
Very clean and spacious! Perfect location for the kiddos where they could go back and forth to the pool and clubhouse. We enjoyed hitting the beach everyday and being able to cool off at the pool as well. The owner was very easy to work with and made everything from booking to leaving very easy. Wonderful vacation!
We just returned from a week at this condo. We had perfect weather and the condo was wonderful. Well appointed and very comfortable for my husband and I. The resort amenities were nice to have --- we used the pool and the tennis courts, which were both comveniently right outside the condo. The pool was small but we never found it to be too crowded. The tennis courts weren't the nicest I have ever played on but functional. The only downside I would note is that this condo is on the first floor. I don't know if it was cheaper construction or just a really loud family but we heard a lot of noise from the folks staying upstairs--through all hours of the night.

Great Location
My wife and I spent a week at this condo. Everything was in order. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location worked well for us as we wanted to be close to KBP and within reasonable driving distance to Portland. The beach was also within walking distance and it is a beautiful beach. We loved the area and really enjoyed ourselves. We had a fun filled week for sure. And Cheryl was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend staying at this condo.

Fabulous Getaway!
Spent a lovely week at this condo. Very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Minutes from Goose Rocks Beach, we biked over there several times. The condo is in a convenient location and a quick drive to KBP Village. Took trips to York, Ogunquit and Biddeford Pool. We had everything we could have possibly needed at this condo. It was a very pleasant stay! Looking forward to a return visit.

Wonderful family vacation Condo!
Wonderful, spacious condo. Very well kept, very nice décor exceptionally comfortable stay. Our family of four felt at home and enjoyed all the amenities available at Goose Rock Resort. We had a wonderful time visiting the near by Goose Rock Beach and spending time in Kennebunkport. We would highly recommend staying at this Condo.
