Questa è un'unità finale all'ultimo piano delle unità 2br senza nessun altro condominio sopra di te, al 7 ° piano con vista sull'oceano con una vista mozzafiato su una delle parti più tranquille e pulite della spiaggia di Jaco. Tutti i mobili sono stati acquistati nuovi in 2/16. Sei proprio accanto al resort del casinò crocs e hai accesso a tutti i servizi lì (piscine, ristoranti, bar, night club, spa). Abbiamo un parcheggio privato recintato in loco e della porta accanto. L'unità è di 1500 piedi quadrati compreso l'ampio balcone che offre vedute incredibili. C'è un tavolo con 6 sedie a sdraio esterne, sedie a dondolo e un divano per rilassarsi. Arrivare in città è a soli 10 minuti a piedi o $ 2 in taxi, quindi non c'è bisogno di avere una macchina. Jaco ha dozzine di ristoranti, bar, negozi di surf e cose da fare quindi non salire a bordo. Tutti i noleggi di durata pari o superiore a 1 mese escludono il costo dell'elettricità. Le spese elettriche verranno aggiunte agli affitti mensili.

Supportive check in process, great pool/beach amenities, kitchen very well stocked with flatware, plates/bowls, and new appliances. Dishwasher seemed to be inoperable but that may have been user error. And handwashing was sufficient.

We stayed in this condo for 4 weeks in January and February. Our host, Richard Clark was extremely helpful in getting the reservation made, as well as answering any questions we had before arrival. He checked in with us after we arrived too. The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautifully remodeled kitchen and baths. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Costa Rican Dream Makers are the property managers for the condo. They helped us set up transportation, checked us into the condo, came right after check in to be sure everything was clean and as it should be, We had a problem with the safe, and George of CRDM came immediately to reset the safe and help us set it up. He also took us to the grocery store our first day, and then helped us set up several adventures later in our stay. We enjoyed the great balcony with coffee every morning and saw Macaws flying by daily. Sometime they were right in front of our faces. We also loved the balcony for viewing the beautiful sunsets. The pool in The Palms was clean and very quiet. We met several people there. It was fun to go to Crocs as well and we managed to have several meals and cocktails there. We also liked walking down the Beach to Claritas for breakfast or lunch, and Ubering into town for an early supper. Very peaceful and relaxing. The entire property was well cared for and beautiful. Thank you Clarks for sharing your Costa Rican home with us!
