Vanderbilt Beach Vacation Home - LARGE PRIVATE POOL w/ fully fenced in backyard
PISCINA PRIVATA ... cortile privato! Bungalow completamente ristrutturato con open space e una delle piscine più grandi della zona. Avere il caffè (o vino!) sul lanai che si affaccia sulla piscina con un giardino privato recintato posteriore di nuova paesaggistico. Di recente costruzione ponte sulla parte esterna del proiettati in piscina per prendere il sole più diretta! Bungalow è circa 1/2 miglio a Vanderbilt Beach, parchi pubblici, come ad esempio Wiggins Pass (con posti barca, barca e noleggio jet ski, ecc), e Tennis. Bonita Beach è a soli 10 minuti di distanza e Ft. Myers Beach è a circa 20-30 minuti di distanza. Mercato centro commerciale, con Whole Foods, Silverspot Movie Theatre, Blue Martini, un pub e un sacco di negozi., Si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al quartiere. Situato nel quartiere sono diversi ristoranti locali, un secondo cinema, LA Fitness e campi da tennis pubblici. C'è una Publix a ciascuna estremità del quartiere (meno di un miglio in entrambi i casi) e un WalMart meno di mezzo miglio dalla Bungalow. Waterside Shopping (con Neiman Marcus, Saks, Louis Vuitton, Ann Taylor, Talbots, ecc) è 5-10 minuti di distanza e negozi di Napoli 5th Avenue e ristoranti sono circa 15-20 minuti di distanza. Zoo di Napoli è a soli 10 minuti ed è uno zoo impressionante. Napoli parco acquatico è di circa 10 minuti. La spiaggia cane è di circa 10 minuti. Il nostro Bungalow dispone di biciclette per il vostro uso e tutta l'attrezzatura spiaggia avrete bisogno ..... o lay out in piscina e ordinare la pizza da uno dei nostri posti locali di pizza o alla griglia sul ponte di recente costruzione. Ci sono un sacco di feste e cose da fare tutto l'anno. Campi da golf sono in tutto Napoli, con un campo da golf pubblico a soli 10 minuti (chiamateci sull'accesso ai campi da golf privato). Entrambe le camere hanno accesso bagno privato. Può ospitare fino a 6. Ci sono TV e lettori DVD in entrambe le camere da letto e la zona giorno principale. Tutte le graffette cucina previste per quelle notti che si desidera soggiornare in! Include Internet via cavo e alta velocità.

Everything about this house was excellent. It was so clean and organized - everything had its own spot! The pool is very nice and much bigger than most in this area - and we love homes with enclosed pools to keep the bugs and leaves out! The hosts were so accommodating to our requests. We had asked if the property came with bikes for the kids but they were not there at check-in. Within hours, we had 2 brand new bikes to use. You can't go wrong with this property. Great location. Very clean. The pictures don't do the property justice. Would absolutely book again.

The house was so comfortable and well-stocked with kitchen amenities, beach supplies, bicycles, pool supplies and all was nice and clean. The pool was wonderfully warm and inviting. Great location too. The hosts were very responsive.

Such a gorgeous house, perfect for a couple or a small group to enjoy a getaway with all the conveniences of home!The heated pool was *glorious* in January, and all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces were super comfortable. (Having laundry available in the garage was also a great perk!)The photos truly don't do this one justice - look deeper and you'll be able to see how gorgeous the place really is. Very modern, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything you might need.Tracy (the host) was great about communication, providing us with access info before check-in so we had no issues, and the book on-site answered all questions we had.Great neighborhood as well, very quiet and peaceful (residential only) but a quick trip to the beach or any services, shopping, dining, etc. We also found it super easy to order food delivery, although would recommend taking an Uber/Lyft - or the bikes provided, somehow we missed that in the listing but they are in the garage! - as parking at Vanderbilt and Bonita Beaches can be a challenge. Absolutely stunning sunsets, though, and Naples of course has a ton of things to do.Overall a fantastic experience and highly recommended!

We had a mixed experience..the house is cute and has potential but we were overall disappointed. I always try to provide balanced reviews so first the positives:
-pool was large and very nice; well supplied with beach and pool toys etc.
-beds were extremely comfortable.
-check in process easy.
-notified owner the washing machine was broken when we arrived and it was replaced by owner within 24 hours after we said we definitely needed it during our stay.
The negatives:
-some areas could be cleaner or need replacement; the wooden floors/grout in both showers have mildew stains/mold (wood a bad choice for a shower floor), the outside wooden deck has warped boards, the outdoor screened area had numerous cobwebs and debris.
-there is ALOT of construction occurring both on road in front of house and in nearby houses which should be disclosed on the listing.
-some pool and lanai furniture showing wear and tear and should be replaced.
-the kitchen wall “oven” is really small and not very functional.
