L'unità 703 di San Souci è un meraviglioso condominio con tre camere da letto e due bagni situato di fronte al Golfo, a pochi passi dalle sabbie bianche di zucchero di Pensacola Beach. Questo condominio si trova al piano superiore direttamente dall'altra parte della strada da un minimarket e popolare ristorante locale, Peg Leg Pete's.
Trascorri il tuo tempo sdraiati a bordo piscina o sdraiati al sole sul grande terrazzo di fronte al Golfo. La master suite offre un letto king size e bagno privato. Camera 2 ha due letti queen size e la camera da letto tre ha due letti singoli. Camere da letto 2 e 3 condividono un bagno sala con la zona giorno. La cucina ha bellissimi ripiani in granito e elettrodomestici aggiornati. La lavatrice e l'asciugatrice si trovano appena fuori dalla cucina. The room was great and able to accommodate us. The views were great. I hate that they were dredging while we were there, but I know that’s nothing. The owner could control.

The view was outstanding. Furniture is very dated. Couch has no legs so it’s very low to the ground. Barstools are way too short to sit at the bar. You can put them around the table. The unit is definitely not handicap assessable. The master bathroom has a tall bathtub and no safety bars whatsoever to hold onto, there are no walk-in showers in this unit. The two chairs that were in the living room with the couch were made of fabric and definitely needed to be cleaned. The rug in the living room needed to be cleaned. The bathroom rug in the master bathroom was not a bathroom rug and is very slippery. Nice to have a washer dryer in the unit even though it was a small size compared to a three bedroom two bath unit we were expecting a full-size washer dryer. parking was a hot mess. There is no rhyme or reason the spots were like 102 then it would jump to 704703 then it would go back to 422. It was crazy so you had to drive around the garage until you found the number.
