We were very happy with the house. The house was nice and clean, and in a great location where it was quiet.

This house was impeccably taken care of and it shows. There wasn't one thing that didn't work as it should.
The house was perfect for the three families that stayed there.
If we can get the group together again in Sunriver, this is absolutely the place we will stay.
Thank you so much!

We called maintenance crew almost every day. There was lots of dust on most of the lights— obviously hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while.
No smart TVs. Had hard time working the vhs/dvd players, some were inoperable. Maintenance personnel helped the best they could but many weren’t functioning.
Hot tub was great, beds and sheets were comfortable.
Microwave was broken. There were zero baking pans. Maintenance people gave us loaner microwave and bought some baking sheets (but not baking pans.... necessary for roasting meat, cooking bacon etc).
Location was nice, further from main area but still easy access.
No one came to shovel/plow driveway
