This property was perfect for us during our stay in Charlotte. It is within walking distance of our family and has a guest bedroom to accommodate “sleepovers” with our grandchildren. The owner, Paula, is charming and responsive. We enjoyed our spot so much we have already booked another stay.
We highly recommend this property!

This is the 5th time we have stayed in this property and I love how clean it is. I know what to expect and I’m always pleased and comfortable. Paula goes out of her way and we greatly appreciate it!

We had a lovely few nights staying here. The location is great- very quiet, close to downtown with lots of restaurants near by. It was exactly what we needed for a 3 day work trip.

We stayed in the other side of this property last year for a Birthday/Mother’s Day visit with our daughter. We loved it so much it was the first place I looked for our recent return visit to pick our daughter up. This time only this side was available and I jumped on it. It is just as lovely, comfortable and spotless as the other. Cannot say enough good things about either place. They provide everything you need making it feel like a home away from home. Paula was awesome! I love the area!

We really enjoyed our stay in Charlotte, the home is super clean, comfortable and close to all sorts of neat things. The garden in the front yard is beautiful and was so lovely to enjoy. I appreciate that there is ease in parking and the house has everything we needed.

Very clean, cute bungalow
Paula was great and very easy to work with. The property is spotless and in a great location for a weekend getaway, would definitely recommend!

Perfect Bungalow
We enjoyed our two night stay at this adorable bungalow. The rental is in an idyllic neighborhood, close to walk to restaurants and shops in one direction and in the opposite direction you can enjoy a leisurely stroll through a charming neighborhood with beautiful homes.
The rental itself is exactly like the pictures and the host, Paula was extremely attentive and wonderful to work with as we planned our trip.

Perfect location for our visit. We arrived to find a beautiful welcome basket with snacks along with a bottle of wine. The house is spotless and in a great location. The host is very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood close to everything
This place is awesome! So close to everything but feels secluded. Very quiet. The owners were wonderful as well, and any questions I had were answered immediately. You can definitely tell they care about their guests as they have thought of things you wouldn't even expect to have at a rental home like children's plates and silverware. Would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding Property
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property. With the location where it sits, everything you need is around you (grocery stores, restaurants, parks, etc.) I would highly recommend anyone who visits Charlotte to request this location. My wife and I will return back to the location. The owner always stayed in contacted with me to let me know if I had any concerns or questions before coming. The communication piece with the owner is outstanding. If I could, I would give this place and the owners 10 out of 10 stars.

Clean & comfortable spot in a great neighborhood
During our extended Sept-Oct 2020 stay, we split our time in the 1720 and 1722 units Paula manages and enjoyed them equally. It's a great spot in a wonderful neighborhood! We felt at home immediately and appreciated not only the supreme cleanliness of the properties but the modern styling and attention to detail. Highly recommend both properties for anyone looking to stay in Charlotte and looking for easy access to the city while nestled in a cozy, sleepy neighborhood!

This was our 3rd stay at this Plaza Midwood gem. It was well stocked with comfortable beds and extremely clean. Quiet neighborhood.

Amazing place for a long-term stay
We had an amazing stay of 3 weeks here! Paula was super responsive before and during our stay. We loved the area and went on long walks in the neighborhood. Super convenient to Uptown and South End, as well as to local grocery stores.
