The cabin was very spacious and clean. Worked well for our 4 families meeting up. Communication was good and they were responsive to any topics. The pool table and air hockey and theater were great. The family had a good time using those things. Only thing I’d add is some of the amenities were dated and need a refresh. We would book again!

Reviewer Comments:
Cabin is beautiful and as described. Only bad thing is every dish pan and pot and utensil that we grabbed had to be re washed theres was old dry food stick on everything. And place was very dusty. I was sneezing my whole stay. Also some of our towels and covers were stained .Luckily we brought some of our own. Overall cleaning crew needs to do better. We had a few issues with theater connection and working the stuff inside the cabin but all my answers and concerns were answered in a timely fashion Thank you very much for that.

I was disappointed with the “starter pack” of toiletries provided. We had 9 people and the supplies did not match the number of people we paid for. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. There were missing pieces of flooring in the kitchen. This could be an issue for small children. We enjoyed the game room upstairs but during the day it would get up to 80 degrees in that room, even with the a/c on. It didn’t cool down on the 3rd floor until 1-2am. Kinda miserable for the folks sleeping in the bedroom up there. We had a hot water issue and were very thankfully for the quick response to that issue. They switched out the hot water heater while we were gone for the day. The house overall suited our needs but seems a little run-down. The bannister in the 3rd floor was a little shaky and the beanbag game was broken.
