Questo condominio al 2 ° piano aggiornato con tre camere da letto e due bagni si trova nell'ideale resort a cinque stelle recintato di Windsor Hills, lontano dalla strada principale (e dal traffico) ma a sole due miglia da Disney. This condo was absolutely lovely and the online pictures are an accurate representation of it. The condo was neat and clean with everything necessary for our stay. The location is convenient if you’re heading to ESPN Wide World of Sports/Disney. If we return to Orlando, we are booking again without hesitation.

Overall the place was nice. Easy and convenient to all locations. Communication with rental company easy. Short walk to welcome center and pool, which was wonderful. The baby items (high chair, pack n play) need to be cleaned. The trash bin was full with trash from days ago and we could not put our trash in it.
Would consider mocking back for our next trip!

This condo is the best I’ve stayed in! It could easily accommodate 8. It’s recently updated. The resorts had wonderful amenities. Easy 10 minute drive to Disney. I’ll definitely return!

Loved the apartment - it was clean and comfortable and gave us lots of space (for 5 people). The only problems with the unit itself is that the sliding door has no lock on it (catch mechanism on the door frame is missing) and there were ants (but hey, it's Florida - everyone has ants and other critters). Location was great - right off 192, which is very close to Disney and our golf courses.
The entry system into the resort is absurd. They create huge lines that extend (at times) out onto the main road. Once you get your parking pass you can use the other gate so it's faster, but any Uber or Lyft vehicles have to wait in that line every time (so a lot of them won't even come there, unless you request to get picked up outside the gate)
The other people staying in the resort were loud, obnoxious and dangerous. My adult son's Uber driver honked at a car that was blocking the entrance for several minutes, and a gang jumped out of the car and threatened to kill everyone inside. They said they would drag their dead bodies out of the car. They were even wearing gang colors. They followed my son and his girlfriend to our room, threatening them the whole time. Lots of people like this were in the resort - booming their music all day and dumping their trash in our bin, etc. Just classless people (not all, but a lot).
So I would not stay here again based on the neighborhood, but it is a nice unit and a good price (now I know why)

I can't say enough good things about this property. The unit was beautiful and clean. The amenities were great and left me wanting nothing. The property management company was friendly, always quick to respond, and easy to work with.
Some of the Windsor Hills staff were sometimes a little off putting but I'm going with they were from New York and it's just their personality, not intentionally rude. Nothing was ever a big deal and did not change my opinion in the least.
I highly recommend this place, especially if you have a Disney trip planned. It is amazing to leave the park and be back in your room in 10 minutes.

We loved our stay in this unit at Windsor Hills! Check in was easy, the condo was comfortable and well stocked, and everything was clean. Loved the pack n play, high chair, and stroller that were available in the unit too. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

Great property to stay with children of different age groups. Resort had daily activities and the pool was amazing. Location was perfect for the different amusement parks. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

The condo was the perfect place for a family visiting Disney and surrounding parks. It was so easy and quick to get into parks. It took 13 minutes from our condo parking spot, through disney parking pass station to a parking spot in Hollywood studios. We also were thankful for all the family friendly extras they had available in the condo such as 2 strollers, beach towels, pool toys, balls and equipment for rec area.

We appreciated this home away from home as we, the groom's family, navigated a full week of wedding activities at various Disney venues. We enjoyed retreating away from the parks and resorts each evening, to recharge. Thank you for this space!

The condo was clean and well maintained. The property manager helped several times with the door entry and front gate. The pool was close by and the kids had a great time!

This property was clean, conveniently located and truly felt like home! The host was extremely responsive from booking through to checkout. Checkin went smoothly and the property itself is beautiful. The unit we were in was modern and tastfully decorated. The grounds at Windsor Hills have great amenities for rest days between visiting the parks. We especially enjoyed the basketball courts, the castle-themed children's playground and the heated, large pool and hottub.

We came into town for a gymnastics meet. The condo was perfect. Convenient for our drive to ESPN center and magic Kingdom. Location is safe, condo was clean, complex and pool is fabulous. Would absolutely stay again.

The condo was very nice and perfect for two sets of adults and two children. Our grandchildren loved the "Disney" bedroom and the Disney stuffed animals. It was also very convenient to have a pack and play, high chair, and stroller available for our use.
However, the supplies were minimal. There was no salt, pepper, or sugar, and no facial tissue at all. One roll of paper towel was provided and except for a few rolls of toilet paper, no other paper or plastic products were provided. Also, lotion, shampoo/conditioner/body wash were not provided, and only two bars of soap total for two bathrooms.
We have stayed many places all over the country, and most have at least salt, pepper, sugar, multiple paper towel rolls, and facial tissue. And they ALWAYS provide at least travel sizes of shampoo, etc. , and at least two bars of soap per bathroom.
Other than the lack of supplies, it was a wonderful place. It was a very convenient location from Disney (15 minutes) and Universal (25 minutes) and a 5 min walk to the pool area. The pool/play area were very nice.
We would definitely stay here again! Thank you very much for sharing your place with us!

Our family of 4 including 2 teens had a great stay at this condo. Very comfortable and clean and close to Disney Parks. Also, a Walmart right down the road so it’s easy to pick up groceries and other items. Gated community so you feel safe.

This is a perfect place to stay if you're Visiting the parks. Very nice 3 bedroom apartment everything was Really clean. We were 6 girls and it was perfect. beds where comfortable, pillows where good, extra towels in the Master closet and nice showers. Walmart is One mile down the road to get supplies, if needed. Just remember to fill out the docu sign that the resort Sends you From Palm tree vacation homes. I missed it so when I Got to the gate at 5 PM they didn't have me in the list. I almost panic, luckily there's an emergency number that you can call and they reemailed it to me. I pulled Off to the side and filled it out, sent it back And my name was at the gate within 2 minutes. Then you'll get an email with the door code the only issue we had after that was they gave us the wrong door code number but when we contacted them again by text they sent us the correct one within a minute. This place seems like it's very popular with tourists Staying why they're visiting the attractions. On Friday night at 10 PM there was a long line of cars checking in. After you check in they give you a parking pass with a barcode and that is what you will use to check in the rest of your stay. if you have extra vehicles they allow 3. give them the name of the people that are driving or they won't be allowed in. Our whole group loved this place I would highly recommend it. We didn't use anything else on site but it seems like they have a lot of things that you can do there. The after hours emergency service that helps you get in is nice If you forget to fill out the document like I did.

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We have stayed at several different condos within the same property and this was by far the nicest master bathroom, very well done, I absolutely loved the floors. The kitchen was well stocked, having two bathrooms was nice so we could both get ready at the same time. Communication with the owner was super easy and always friendly. We enjoyed our stay and it was just the break we needed. I only have one small complaint, and it may be more of a personal preference, but the mattress in the master is really firm, made it very difficult to sleep for more than five hours each night. My husband had to go to another room after the first night, but the queen bed was sinking in the center, so sleeping was a bit of a challenge. Again, it may just be a personal preference. Despite the mattresses, we still enjoyed our stay. :)

Our stay was fabulous! The location of this property is excellent. It's easy to access, close to Walmart and Starbucks, and a short (15 mins) drive to DisneyWorld. The check in process was a breeze and we truly appreciated the gated community. The spacious layout provided the perfect stay for myself, my husband and our two adult daughters. The drive to Universal was a bit longer (30 mins) but still easily doable and we also took a drive to Clearwater Beach (1.5 hours). We had a fantastic stay in Kissimmee!

This was my first time using Vrbo and it was a fantastic experience from the initial booking until we left. Our unit was perfect for my sons and families to be together for the first time in 3 years. My 4 grandchildren loved the pool and waterslides, and the condo was clean, well stocked, and in a great location.
Our host Melissa was a pleasure to work with. I look forward to planning my next visit.

This apartment is in a community that needs better lighting outside—it was difficult to find our building because the numbers are not illuminated. Once we were in, we saw instantly that it was outdated, only moderately clean and left much to be desired. No washcloths, unmatched towels and no extras in terms of toiletries (no shampoo, conditioner, etc.) or kitchen items (no coffee, sugar, etc.) It was ok for two nights and it's the only plus is that it's close to Disney. Oh, and beware of the Walmart nearby—it's insane. Overall, this was a disappointing rental that I would not stay at again.

Overall the area around us and our place was beautiful and clean.
The only complaint and has nothing to do with the owners f our condo is that more tables and chairs need to be added at the pool area. There so many people there at one time we got stuck sitting inside the gated area and had to keep going in and out of the pool area to watch our granddaughter.

We had a great stay. I can’t say enough how accommodating the owner was, our flight continued to get pushed out making a 10am checkout difficult, they were very willing to accommodate us to stay a bit longer and it was so helpful.
The location is great, extremely close to Disney and the strip where there is restaurants, fast food, Walmart and anything you could really need.
The location of the condo is also great, short walk to the pool and playground. Only a small flight of stairs and a nearby elevator.
The Windsor Hills pool was great. On 90 degree days the water was so warm when we went in the afternoon, a bit chilly in the morning and on cooler days as it’s not heated. The water slide part also has chilly water but the kids didn’t seem to mind.
The room was clean and what we expected.
The towels provided could probably be updated, no wash clothes were available and only 2 beach towels that seemed pretty old.
All in all great trip and would stay here again

We had a wonderful time at Windsor Hills. The resort is great, pools are fun for younger and older kids. There water slides were fun as well. The property was spotless. The entire check in and check out process was easy and communication was great as well. I would definitely stay here again. The condo had everything you would need. 5 stars!!
