This is our second time staying at this location. Wonderful both times. The setup of the is amazing. Room for all. We were spread out but yet still all together. With dinning room right off the sun room and living room we all could be together while doing our own thing. The massive kitchen table was the center of a mean game of dominos, 5 kings, blank slate, euchre and many other games we played while enjoying the view out the windows that surrounded us. Having the grill was a plus and loved the double ovens. This house is set up to entertain a large group. We had 10 adults with us on this last trip. Love going down to the dock and enjoy the view. Thanks for sharing your house. You feel right at home here.

This location is great for fishing and water activities during the season. We had a girls weekend in the fall and drove to Guntersville to shop and for dinner. It was a little to isolated for our purposes but would be good for a family.

Perfect setting for a girls weekend. The house met all our needs, but could use a good cleaning and some repairs.
We enjoyed paddling around the lake. Since we were all adults, we could have used more adult size kayaks. Enjoyed the deck and large dining area. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Robinson’s Roost is the perfect place for a large family gathering. Carolyn was so responsive to every question asked. The Roost accommodated all 14 us, with the sun room a great place for the children to play. The fishing off the peer and with the kayaks and canoe was amazing! Our 6 year old gradson caught a 6 lb bass!! The children swam off the boathouse peer even though it was quite grassy.
We enjoyed cooking in the well supplied kitchen. All in all a great family retreat!

We had a great weekend playing games inside, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and even tried paddle boarding. We had great food the entire weekend with a crab and shrimp boil on the deck and a birthday cake inside. The house boasted beautiful views of the lake. Will definitely do this again!

This is our 2nd time to stay here. The host is so easy and helpful and the property is as advertised. Even many upgrades since our last stay. Great parking, plenty of great beds, easy walk to the dock, etc. A++++.!!!!!

We enjoyed the home. It has a beautiful and comfortable enclosed sitting area attached to the home that we enjoyed. The weather didn’t cooperate as much as we would have liked, however we still had a good time. The host was helpful and kind.

The boathouse was great to keep your boat in and not worry about anybody bothering stuff. The owner was very nice and left us fresh fruit when we arrived. This was my husband and I first time getting out and together with some of our family members in a very long time due to his health condition. The home provided us with more than enough space to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. Enjoyed the dock although we didn’t catch any nice size fish.😀 If the property had one more bathroom it would have been excellent.. Our host was so welcoming and nice. Thanks for everything.! We will be back!
