Tropical breeze is a beautiful place. Communication with Car is quick and top notch. The home is fully stocked with anything you want. The new floors are gorgeous. The pool was heated and felt wonderful. We had a blast celebrating a 50th birthday. House was very clean and comfortable. The golf cart was really a cool amenity. We fell in love with the people at Kenny Ds restaurant. Was fun taking the golf cart out to eat. Beach access is close and easy to get to. This will be my new home away from home. Already planning our next visit to Destin and definitely book this home again. Thank you, Car for providing such a lovely place.

This house was perfect for our family of five. The house was so close to the beach and the private beach access made it super nice. Car was so responsive to all of our requests. The pool had an issue and he had a pool guy out immediately to get it fixed. We would definitely stay again!!

We celebrated my husband’s 50th b day in Destin FL. Our check in and check out was smooth. This home was well stocked and comfortable. The pool was an added bonus, Car was an excellent host and helpful along the way with any questions. Golf cart was clean and new - very nice for heading down to the beach for the day or taking a ride to Kenny D’s on the route for lunch. My biggest use was the large tub in the master for those late night soaks. And the beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Exactly what we needed for a good few days away… We would definitely rent this home again.

Our stay was great! The home is in a perfect location, away from all the craziness of the main drag, but close enough to walk to the beach in a few minutes. The small touches for thw kids was so nice. We brought a portable crib with us, but there was one already in the home, so we didnt need to lug one down and up the stairs for our 7 month old. The golf cart was an awesome touch too, we could get almost anywhere we wanted in it, so it was super convenient! We will definitely be booking again.

Enjoyed our fall break in the center of Miramar beach. We walked and drove the golf cart to six different restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked. Thank you to Car for all of the supplied coffee pods!!!
Plenty of room for us, my in-laws, our two kids (4 and 9 yrs). Especially nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom.
The pool is protected from the wind which was AWESOME for the rainy days. The beach/pool closet had a great variety of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and pool floats. The provided pool towels and beach sheets saved SO much room packing. There isn’t golf cart parking at the beach entrance, but there are other public beaches nearby if you really wanted/needed to drive instead of walk. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad (our tired 4-year-old made just fine). The beach area designated for the neighborhood was pretty small. But we were able to find second row spot for our stuff during fall break without a problem.
There was great communication from the owners and self check-in was effortless.

I loved this house and Car’s communication from the beginning. This house is a 7 minute walk to the beach with PRIVATE beach access!! It was a beautiful home and everyone I brought along enjoyed the beds, the pool, and the cozy living room. There were a few slight snags in the beginning, but Car’s communication made everything spectacular. There’s a good amount of kids beach toys in the outside closet as well which was super fun to dig into. The speakers located in the master bedroom and dining room were also great for bluetooth so everyone could play music. I can’t wait to come back to Destin!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The home was clean and having the pool was a nice plus. The house is close to the beach and close to shopping and other activities. We had quite a bit of communication with the owner while we were there and they were very quick to respond. I would recommend this property to others staying in Destin.

Everything was exactly like the pictures show! Very nice, clean, comfy beds, plenty of pots, pans, plates, forks, etc. Pool was nice, neighborhood is very clean and SAFE!! Left our stuff outside and no one bothered anything. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Destin, I highly recommend this place. Very short walk or golf cart ride to the beach!! 10 out of 10!!

Talk about the perfect location. The house was minutes from the beach and restaurants. Our favorite part was cruising on the golf cart. We had great communication with Car the entire time. I will definitely be back.

We come to Destin every year and this was our first time trying out VRBO. The process was simple, check-in and out was a breeze. The home was very well equipped and the golf cart was a hit with our kids! We will be coming back and hope to work with Car in the future.

We enjoyed ourselves so much at the tropical breeze beach home. Had everything you could need. We packed floats and a wagon for beach but no need they had it all. Carl was a wonderful property manager checking on us and seeing if we needed anything I would stay here agian!

The location of the property was centrally located and great neighborhood. We had some issues with locking the front door and notified host. There were some minor maintenance issues with fixtures. The property could use some updates in decor.

We wanted to give our family a Happy New Year and Tropical Breeze did not disappoint! The house is exactly as described. Clean, spacious and more than enough room for the seven of us. The host is very friendly and responsive to our requests. I recommend this property for anyone looking to get away for a long weekend or yearly vacation!

We decided to have a family get together in Destin and this was the perfect property for us to have a family get together and the house was in very good condition and check-in was as easy as it gets. Overall the stay was very good.

Loved the house! Beds were incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities you could ever need! The arms reach co sleeper was a life saver, and loved the fact that each room had its own fan since we cannot sleep without one.
We did not cook but the kitchen was stocked with everything, including wine glasses.
Pool heating and golf cart were a huge plus, but even bigger plus was the location. We have vacationed in many parts near or close to Destin and this was the best one so far.
Host was incredibly helpful and very responsive to messages! Would love to come back again.

We had a great time at this home! It’s of amenities and the golf cart was a major plus! The checkout was a lot. There were a lot of cleaning and rules to follow in order to checkout and it honestly put a damper on our last day.

We enjoyed another incredible week at Tropical Breeze. The kitchen is well stocked, there are all kinds of pool/beach toys, and the golf cart remains a family favorite. Owner is accommodating and responsive should the need arise. The location is central and beach access is readily available by foot or golf cart. We will be back!

We have stayed in a lot of rental properties, and truthfully we are used to places having the bare minimum when concerning the kitchen. This place was fully loaded, and we really appreciated having extra random things that you end up needing while on vacation. The pool and backyard patio was super nice and clean. The storage closet with beach chairs was a plus. The beach access is right across the street (slightly to the left), and you can park the golf cart for free in the big lot which was ideal. They had beach chairs, but you can also rent chairs/umbrellas on the beach for pretty cheap a day. No complaints about our stay! We would stay here again.

Family Vacation
We have been coming to Destin every summer for the last 10 years. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood before and it’s a great location. The pool was great for the little kids we had in our group. They really enjoyed the night time swims and all the little frogs and lizards. House was clean. Everyone enjoyed the stay and we can’t wait to be back again!

The property was super nice. We loved the added feature of the golf cart & the pool was great.
Carlina made the whole process very easy especially for this grandma. She answered all my questions in a very timely manner. She was super nice. I highly recommend this home not only because the manager was excellent but because the location was close to everything. We were quite blessed.
