Very beautiful home and location. Host Jim is great and very easy to work with. Property Manager Juanita was very attentive and accommodating. Cleanliness was off the charts and a perfect spot for a family vacation. Night-time stargazing good with very little light pollution. This is a perfect location away from the crowds. From the pool to the spacious bedroom suites it has everything.

I would give this listing 6 stars if I could. My wife, our 2 boys (10 & 8) and grandparents spent 8 wonderful days here. We travel extensively and usually stay at VRBOs. Admittedly, this listing was a little more than we usually pay but it was well worth it.
First, the scenery and pool are unbeatable. Scenic views are an understatement. The house is magnificent. Plenty of space for all, and very well kept. But it's the little things. Kitchen is well stocked rather than the usual bare-bones equipment found in most VRBOs. And that's just the beginning.
Would highly recommend this property for family get togethers in an amazing carribean setting.

Property was everything advertised and more. Absolutely fantastic locations if you are looking to remove yourself from crowds, have instant access to the ocean, or just want to lounge on the sundeck. House is spacious and comfortable, with 3 good sized bedrooms all with in suite bathrooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and well-appointed home. The location, views and relaxing environment (away from heavy tourist areas) were all terrific. Would highly recommend. Hosts(owners) were super accommodating.!

Our family had a wonderful time at the Endless Breeze and I cannot thank Jim and Cora enough for the hospitality! Jim and Cora are so kind, thoughtful, excellent to communicate with and they made the entire experience great. They accommodated us perfectly and the Endless Breeze is a gorgeous property and home. Juanita is the property manager and she was kind, friendly, thoughtful, and made sure that we were well taken care of. The home is meticulously cared for, super clean, set up perfectly for a family, everything was working as it should, and it was very nice and comfortable. We had a blast hanging out on the large private property and really enjoyed the pool, the screened in porches, snorkeling, walks on the beach, and ocean was wonderful right in front of the property. The views from the home are stunning! We also love the location. The property is quiet, private, peaceful and conveniently located to make little trips to destinations and restaurants around the island easy and fun for our family. We highly recommend the Endless Breeze and our stay was perfect! Thanks again for our dream vacation!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. Everything was perfect! Communication with the owner was great and all the instructions were easy. The house was gorgeous and the view was breathtaking. The owners really thought of everything! Truly a magnificent place!

Wonderful location, large home on waters edge, well equipped kitchen……. But you can’t open the sliders or windows. So you will not hear the crashing waves as stated in the description of house. Has some issues with A/C but that was worked out.

It doesn’t get any better than this! We have been to Cayman 3 times, and this was our best experience- gorgeous, well equipped home, awesome snorkeling- nice and quiet!

Excellent rental - as advertised quiet and private and stunning views sunup to sundown. Great east end location plenty of access to restaurants and public beach access for snorkeling the whole island within driving distances. Will return absolutely!

Wonderful house and location! Highly recommend! Snorkeling is amazing. Live reefs with lots of colorful fish. House is beautiful, clean and beyond our initial expectations. Lots of great restaurants and so much to do on island.

The pool was a lifesaver for us. Rocks and sea urchins and maybe just fear kept us from the ocean, but we spent a good amount of time in the small pool. It was just the right size for adults. The views are amazing from every room in the house. Host and owner are kind and helpful. The Villa is about a 30 minute drive from most attractions, but if it is a quiet and beautiful getaway you’re looking for the Endless Breeze will not disappoint.

My family wanted to get away to relax and unwind from our busy lives and this vacation did just that. The house was amazing - clean, fully stocked with all the items you need. I enjoyed every morning sitting in my lounge chair having my cup of coffee looking out into the ocean. One thing that’s a must - sunscreen!
We enjoyed all the great restaurants we went to and loved rum point beach the best. Fantastic vacation!

We had a great time at Endless Breeze. The house was clean and spacious. We rented a car and drove all over the island. The mosquitoes were bad along with seaweed. The pool was awesome to have. To get in the ocean at the house you do have to go over sharp rocks with sea urchins in holes. The water is very shallow. We went over to a couple other beaches to swim. Stingray City tour with Coral Gardens snorkeling tour was awesome! We also enjoyed the caves. We enjoyed being able to cook at the house along with eating at good restaurants. We especially enjoyed Peppers at Seven Mile Beach. Had a fantastic vacation!

My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary staying at this beautiful home. Perfect for a couple or two couples since there are two master suites. So wonderful to just walk out the back door to paradise and the pool is the icing on the cake!

We had the absolute pleasure staying at this home in Half Moon Bay for 2 weeks. Booking this via Vrbo and the owner, Jim, an excellent experience! The east end is the place to be for a quiet and relaxing vacation. We swam everyday and enjoyed sitting outside listening to the ocean.
We had gone to Georgetown 2x and that was 2x to much. It’s just to crowded and the cruise ships dump thousands of people at a time. There was nothing fun about that.
The residents of this beautiful island are friendly and very helpful. That made our trip all the better.
There was everything we needed (restaurants) and it was perfect to go home to a quiet and peaceful rental home.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice big house for the 6 of us that stayed - you do have to go over rocks about 15 feet out into the water before you reach a sandy bottom. Then plenty of snorkeling can be done around the big rocks in the bay.

Amazing home and the location was perfect! We really enjoyed the quieter end of the island and the house provided plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out.
Our arrival flight was changed at the last minute and Jim accommodated an early check-in, which was extremely helpful.
I would defintetly recommend the property! :)

The property was lovely with breathtaking views that could be seen from each bedroom and living areas. We were pleased with the cleanliness, new addition of screened in porches, where we ate nightly, free from buzzing insects and access to the homeowner and neighbor for inquiries. The waves breaking was music to our ears, yet the house was serenely silent. Two bedrooms were spacious and open and one more of a standard size. Three areas of improvement would be the ac needs to be more consistent in cooling each area, pillows are a bit hard and lighting around the pool edge is needed. Half Moon Bay is located in a pristine spot with close proximity to medical services and a few miles to restaurants and grocery stores. All in all an exceptional stay in a beautiful setting with a responsive host.

Beautifully decorated and up to date property. Bedrooms, kitchen, shared spaces and baths lovely. Beautiful deck with wonderful views. Quiet and easy to sleep, clean, great facilities in kitchen, laundry worked beautifully. Close to East End restaurants and watersports. Plenty of room to park. Jim is a great host, very easy to communicate with. John, the local property manager, was readily available and responsive to needs,. Thanks!

You will not be disappointed if you rent this home. It is a large home that is very tastefully decorated with everything you could want to cook. it is right on the ocean with spectacular sunrises and sunsets and away from the "madding crowds"; it will be your home away from home. The enjoyment of sitting outside or getting in the pool is just amazing. I highly recommend staying at Endless Breeze.

We stayed at Endless Breeze in January of 2023 for 1 week. Our group consisted of two families of 4 and I can say that everyone enjoyed their stay.
The house is perfectly set-up with the 2 suites with everyone having a view of beautiful Half Moon Bay. The WiFi was great and allowed us to check-in on work, school and send photos to family back home.
Our teenagers really enjoyed snorkeling, fishing and sunbathing on the large patio deck. The pool and outdoor shower were great for rinsing off after spending time in the bay.
The kitchen was well stocked with the supplies to cook a nice meal. Maybe the only thing we could say was that the grill is a bit older and had some issues, but it worked just fine for a few jerk chicken dinners.
If we return to Cayman we will definitely want to stay at Endless Breeze.
Jim was awesome. The cruise ship schedule and information he sent to us before our stay was super helpful.
The property manager checked in on us a couple times which was good, but really we needed nothing as the house was great.
If you like crowds, noise and being walking distance to everything you might want to consider the west end, but we didn't mind the short drive over to the other side and loved the quiet paradise of Endless Breeze.

I’ve stayed at dozens of VRBOs and this was absolutely the best. It was stocked so well. We didn’t have to run out and get groceries the second we arrived. Views from every bedroom were breathtaking. Snorkeling in the backyard was perfect. Pool was great!! We will definitely return.

After almost three years since making our VRBO reservation, two years of cancellations/rescheduling due to Covid, we FINALLY made it to Endless Breeze during Christmas 2022. The photos on VRBO do not do this place justice. The place is HUGE, much bigger than we expected. The views are spectacular, with modern amenities, and the three bedrooms and baths were an added bonus for our group of 4, since we each had our own quarters. The owner, Jim, communicated regularly throughout the entire process, giving us updates on Covid restrictions and making recommendations for safe traveling to Cayman Islands. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit!

My husband and I and my parents stayed for 11 days. The house was immaculate when we arrived which was appreciated. The views of the water were beautiful. The owner (Jim) was very nice and responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout the trip. The location is a short drive to several nice restaurants and to the rum point area. We drove into Georgetown a couple times but traffic to and from that area was pretty bad so we decided to stay on the east end and rum point most of our trip. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We spent a couple days just relaxing at the house and enjoying the pool. The only thing that we thought would improve the house would be a shade option on the patio. We will definitely return!

House is fine needs few upgrades shows little wear and tear. Location is on the super quiet side of the island. We found a baby snake in the house and had to remove it ourselves since it was right inside the hallway. Notified the owner next day and wife refused to stay in thehouse for next 8 nights. Owner never replied with what they discovered in the house. Never asked for refund but a courtesy answer would have been nice.

We felt to fortunate to stay at this property. It is a lovely home which feels very solid. The surf is awesome and there is a view from every room. The neighbor next door is helpful, yet not intrusive.

This house is the perfect place to stay on the Island. On the East End you will feel secluded and private but not too far from other destinations you may want to visit. There is wonderful snorkeling waters directly out from the house and we did this several times during our stay. The pool was the perfect spot to relax and read. Every room in the house has a view of the ocean and it was breath taking. The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances you could possibly need and the house was very clean and so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Cayman. Thank you, Jim!!

Family vacation.
Jim’s house is well located; especially if you want to be away from the busier side of the island, but close enough to to a few good restaurants within a short drive (we highly recommend La Casita and Tukka.). Lots of wildlife at the cove to entertain us when we didn’t venture out. The house was well appointed and as described. The only disappointment when we got there were the pool chaise lounges – they all had rips in the fabric and not easily usable. Jim had four new ones set up quickly after I made him aware of the problem though. In fact, Jim immediate responses during the booking process, before we arrived, and while we were there was excellent! Overall a wonderful spot to us as a home base while we explored the island!
